I always get phone calls from people. We want to get away from the city for a night, for two nights, for three nights. We want to just get away. I'm here with Moshi at the Haven Hotel here in Lake New Jersey from the city. You need a night out right here. People are looking to go to a place where thereunim where there's stores where there's cushion. They're not looking to run away. They want to be in a community next to Munim. This is the place. 2 minutes from Bells, Munim every 10 minutes. 3 minutes from Nutmeg. The other way you have 2 minutes to gourmet glat. You have cushions. You have everything right over here. And you have a gorgeous hotel. >> Literally the best location. >> The best location you can find. Come here. Brooklyn has for sure never seen. >> Brooklyn has never seen Brooklyn has definitely never seen this. >> But this is basically a hotel which is just sweets. >> Yes. Meaning if you have breakfast and or you have you want to go with a couple or two couples, whatever it is, we have suites. Not just hotel rooms. Let me show you. >> Wow. I also want to show you that we have connecting rooms. If you have a family with kids. >> Oh, wow. So, you have a connecting room right here. >> Most rooms are connecting. Uh, we do also provide cats, pull out beds, um, um, what's it called? Has the the >> go mattresses. For the babies, no. Oh, cribs. >> Cribs and pack and plays. >> Amazing. >> We're basically set up for Jewish people that want to come for Shabas. Bring all your kids. Bring all your all your suitcases. All your >> We got Exactly. We'll take care of it. >> Wow. >> We also have on every floor a few louners if you want to come foration, show, phone. >> Exact. So, another thing that this hotel has, we have gorgeous outdoor seating for the summer. Obviously, now it's winter. I don't think anyone else go sledding. Go sle. >> Yeah, exactly. But they have a nice swing set for the kids and uh we have a gorgeous seating area and also place the other building. >> Oh, very nice. Wow. So again, one more time, Mushi. This is available for every night during the week for a nice couple to get away too. Exactly. Wow. Beautiful. All right. We want to go away for Shabas. So I thought this would be a beautiful destination that somebody from the city from Bar Williamsburg. You want to get away for a night for a Shabas for anniversary party for there's nothing like this anywhere. >> Yeah. So I'm I'm going to I'm going to add to that that concept. But most come the other way around. So I stayed at the Haven. Maybe some of you guys we all famous. So we stayed there. It was amazing. It was beautiful. and and and there's some there's there's things maybe when you go in there if you're staying there um I hope you're staying there's [laughter] like a little booklet with like visa shield where's the closest food court shopping mikvah whatever like a beautiful pamphlet it's very very welcoming and you're you're in the kishkas but you're not in the kishkas it's private it's clean but you're you're right there now for groups this is an amazing place and we keep on doing shabusum and I'll show you around a little bit we do shabusum we do bar mitzvah out of town a lot of out of town people come we had we had customers from from from Baltimore from Chicago, from yeah, I can I can I can go on the list from Florida. We had once a an entire coil >> flew out here. The donor who's not going to be mentioned instead of hiring up his jet and going visiting them, he brought them all here. Anyway, they spent they spent the night at the Haven the whole co they had like a whole situation the night before in the morning. They we set up a shul for them. They learned it was like a beautiful all different types. They came from Florida. Anyways, it's a beautiful >> beautiful Yeah. Like we say this this word was uh Frank Fry Feder loves this word. Um Peru is the most versatile venue. We can do all different types of things. Let me show you like just just just before I didn't ever get to tell you the story but has a good story about it. >> Yeah. Anyway, this this is this is a small room. I'll turn on some lights if you want me to. They're cleaning up because we're setting up for an event. But this is like a smaller room. So even the smaller group once they come for Shabas, you don't want to do the whole craziness. You want have a small group. Separate entrance. Separate separate bathrooms over here. And you get the this this is smaller group 30 40 people or less. Um you can just we're set up everything. We have we're a complete service. I mean I was going to put on the lights but we're fine. Um but it's a complete service complete idea. We always um take care of everything. I always use this word we hold your hands through the entire process. Whatever you need. Sometimes it's sometimes it's god forbid and and sometimes it's a we had we had once we had once over here and somebody like hopefully the guest don't mix it up. a little less. >> So So this sign right here, it's it's actually a screen. It looks like a sign. Yeah, >> that's so cool. >> And we and this this is this and we and we put up the company logos or SIM card schedule. We do everything or we send arrows. We are the some we can do three simas at the same time. Eventually four. I'll show you soon if you wait around. Anyway, so this is um this is the the main ballroom and I'll show you a little bit. And then I'll show you we we we do everything including weddings and I'll show you there's a beautiful new glass hooper room coming in the next couple months by the summer. like a huge dome and Britain, you know, like that room is a perfect place, an intimate uh beautiful place for a bris. We have room, color suits, the whole the whole shebang, the whole thing. Go ahead. You know, kick back. Wow, >> this is gorgeous. >> So, so, so this is the ballroom and and and um some who who told this to me recently. He said like, "Oh, a party planner said this to me." He's like, "The contractor must have hated you when you did this work." And I'm like, "What do you mean?" He's like, "Every little thing mak it should open this way. Have an outlet there. We have special outlets because we sometimes we do production. We need higher voltage, lower voltage. Yeah, game show once. Beautiful. >> Right. So, we always have we have these little things. You don't you might not notice it, but we have these little things. Um the every every line of light is controlled separately. So, if somebody wants some off, some on where the outputs are located, a bunch of a bunch of little things. We have speakers even in the toilet [laughter] background noise. >> Exactly. So, so we try to do that. And obviously, um um a guy from Monroe came to got married here. Beautiful wedding. >> Took 15 rooms out of the hotel. Some people didn't want to go didn't want to go to sleep. Made bar mitzvah. Took some room out. So, it works it works together. So there's there's the people coming as a group and staying at a hotel and staying here for shabas or doing an event, a corporate event, a destination. >> That's one one concept. But then there's like you make a similar and you know like people from out of town always come around to a similar they don't want to drive back. It's the middle of the night they got too drunk hotel and and and it's really nice. It's also a lot of people don't know this. I don't know if you mentioned this even when price comparing of a room in the in in the Haven and a room in any other hotel that you might consider. >> The Haven is a suite. When it comes to Shabas it's very big difference. Usually go to a hotel either you cramp everybody into a small tiny room and everybody sleeps on the same bed or you have to get two rooms then the price is double over here it's a suite you get the the the the father mother get a separate room it's beautifully set up and then there's a whole huge space the pull out beds and cs and everything so you're getting more a lot more >> and it's spacious hotel a lot of people don't like hotels the third floor mushi is always around there shabas takes care of you by checkin and and there's a there's a there's service old shabas they have a the members. >> Hi Mich, it's it's geared and and we we take care of it. Anyways, so this is the ballroom. It can be split in many different ways and I'll show you. So >> you get you dream it and you take care of them. >> Yeah. So so so my philosophy is that I'm not I'm not the one making the I'm not making the event. It's the customer who is I work for them. So they call me what do they need? What their needs are. A lot of people like meaning in any industry a lot of people try like try try pushing their agenda onto the customer from a party planning perspective which you do which we do that also um in house. If you want to, you can bring your own body planner. You can use ours. Yet people push their idea. Oh, I had an idea. You should make this your Sima. Some people appreciate that, but we we take a different approach. What do you want? We listen to the customer. What do you want? How can we make your SIMA better, your event better? >> I don't gain anything. I gain when the customer is happy. That's the bottom line. And then you gain a client, not just a customer, not just the one time use. So, so that's the that's the concept. I'll show you here. Um, >> this is the way to the hotel. And it's a little snowy right now, but if you look outside, it's right here. Literally 60 seconds. >> No, no, it's not even. It's beautiful. There's a pathway right there. My father um Langaz made this walk. Yeah, it was it was beautiful. Anyway, >> it's even for elderly people. This is beautiful. >> It's beautiful. It's also It's also another thing about Peru. Um the hotel is also meaning if you stay at the first floor, which my father did, there's no steps. >> There's no steps. This entire venue has no steps. There's no no elevators. You don't go up, you don't go down. There's no steps. You walk in straight. Your wheelchair come straight in. Kids in and out. It's it's very good. >> I I might want to show you, but but maybe we should hold this. I don't know. Oh yeah. What do you have coming? >> What's behind you right now is being torn down in the next few months. We already have it manufactured. Um it's coming installed a massive >> glass dome. I can show you some of the drawings and stuff being manufactured as we speak. It's already in order. It's already in process. Part of this sand that was just dug up over here. They were checking the the the slab and everything. But this is all coming down. >> Beautiful thing. I don't think it seen it. So it's it's a beautiful beautiful. Hashi Heft designed it and produced it. Um he's running the whole project. Heshi love you. Um a beautiful very tall like 14 15 ft full glass enclosure beautiful beautiful space and then room or >> so so so people can make copas there you can make just the vents in there corporate it will connect to the main ballroom so you can make the ball bigger you can have access to [clears throat] it shabas for example so now they use this entrance behind you which we just walked out >> but I can show you that right here if you get this shot over there and also you get a cool shot of my truck >> wow this is big >> yeah it's huge I don't realize how big I show the size >> it's been here for 20 30 years but we just want to make it better so what we're going to have is we're going to have over here a main entrance >> so even even in the middle of the week I could have very people come from this side, people come from this side, two different events, but Shabasa specifically, this glass room becomes that that that that um >> the kids hang out the lobby, all this this is a pool, it's covered in snow now, but as soon as that glass thing comes in together with that project, we're doing a beautiful outdoor space for outdoor copas or also events, just a good vibe, good space. >> This is something This is something that people could travel from the world to. >> This is what we're trying to do. This is what we're trying to do. Unbelievable. But remember, I'm just want to say it straight. Um we are getting busy. We already have bookings for 2027. >> Wow. >> For Shabas. Yes. I'm just saying Shabas Google 2027 is already booked. >> Wow. There's another one that's just called we still have room. Call us. We'll make we'll find you a date. We'll find you a spot. Um but yeah, this is this customers are happy. You can ask around you have I don't know if it exists in the world. So you think the concept of suites with a with a fully catered ballroom. This is one of a kind. It doesn't is lucky too that we have Beru you know the heavens been been upping their game next level really really nice I mean I stayed there I had a really wonderful time saying my whole family was there um I used it myself and it was it was a really really beautiful experience clean organized seamless and and you know what >> we work hand in hand you call us we'll get take care of the rooms you call them they'll connect connect >> whatever it's one it's one it's one concept and and and you it's one phone number we'll we'll You don't have to talk to 17 people to one person and I can show you the office if you want. We actually just added another office into the Westwood which is part of the project. You can show the building right behind you. Um so so so we got an office in there and yeah we're trying we're trying to trying to >> you saw the you saw the things in my office the list try I try to try to always say yes. I remember BM came here and and they they did an event here beautiful event. I'm still doing events for them. Very very nice organization. Support them. Um, so they so they they they they I came up with a line. Then I went over to this guy here. Don't I forgot his name because I'm terrible with names. Anyways, who am I talking to? It' be a hit. >> Anyway, so I so I came up with this line and it's really one of the things that we teach all our employees, all our waiters is the answer is yes. >> Tell me your question. >> What is your request? Meaning, meaning we want to say yes. >> I teach the waiters, if you don't understand, >> say one moment and get somebody that does understand. If you're able to say yes, say yes. The prominade is one section of our office building that is going to be specifically built for small businesses, retail stores, a barber sh all those retail private stores. >> Correct. It's a bunch of retail private stores. Let me show you the It's a separate engine. So if you want to get >> out vibe. >> Yes. So, if you want to if you want to get an office, don't worry. It's going to be separate. It's going to be separate with the the office building. There's a completely separate entrance. Look at this. Beautiful entrance. >> Private entrance. Look at it. Look at it. Like a real outdoor vib. >> Yes. That that was the goal. >> The goal here. Wow. Very cool. Very cool. So, give me an example. Like a private suit place. >> Yes. You have you have, let's say, a custom suits guy who he needs a space. He doesn't need nothing. He doesn't need a massive space. He just needs >> He just need a storefront. You just need a little space. >> Exactly. And you also need like something private for you can bring in one client at a time, you know, like give him his time. We can sell couches. We can figure it out. um the design and everything like that. >> I love this private barber shop private appointments. >> Again, it doesn't have to be appointments only, but the idea is, you know, if you have like a smaller business that just is looking to be in a in a place with other stores. I think that's a perfect idea because I think a lot of people do struggle with this that it's either you get a storefront which costs a lot of money or you are in your basement where it's very hard for people to find you. Here you have a retail idea where there's you can turn around the camera. It's beautiful how much how much stores you can have here. >> Look at these stores, but also it's high-end, it's luxury. the amenities of a big building like this with the bathrooms with the lobbies lobbies, conference rooms, coffee. There's there's >> everything you can think of literally. And you can also have an office here if let's say if let's say someone I was I was talking to someone a tile company, right? They want to have a showroom and then they have an office for when they do their calls. It's two separate things, right? >> Great. Yeah, it's it's something you guys are doing. Unbelievable. >> Yeah.
