Lakefront Estates Inaugural Community Event - November 2025

[music] This is the villa. >> Wow. Beautiful. [music] I'm here with Jeff Arian. He is the guy behind these beautiful architect from this development from these houses. Jeff, if you could please walk us through this beautiful nice model over here. >> First of all, welcome to Firefront Estates. We really appreciate you coming. This actually is called the villa, not the Villa XL. This the villa. The villa is about 4,800 [music] ft in usable space as it stands today. So, let's go walk through the villa. Let's take a look at that. Ton of space in the space opens up the whole house. Makes it makes it feel much more inviting. On this floor, we have five bedrooms. We have an on suite, two bedrooms as well with a bathroom there. A massive master suite. Okay. Again, the sink is again is not inside the actual where the tub is, but then you [music] walk in, you have a very nice shower, tub, and toilet. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful place. [music] And then a walk-in closet here as well. A lot [music] of work here. We have a lot of models coming up. We're going to have ultimately four models total for the overall development. But as you can see, look around the amount of construction. Just understand the amount of square footage [music] we're talking about. >> For this project in particular, we're rolling out something that we do across the country and a lot of other projects that are not nearly as spectacular as this one. Here you have great location. The product is excellent. >> You're the sheriff? >> I am sheriff. Wow. Welcome to Glad County. And uh we we'd love to see you all come down, enjoy our hospitality. We got a beautiful neighborhood being built for you. Moving >> along. I got to see it come along from it being just the block walls into them framing it in and now to this and how much it's [music] changed and how nice it is. There you go. There you go. He's knocking out. [music]
