"Lagom construction": Working on the new massive location for Certified Lumber in Lakewood.

Coming soon. Certified lumber. Guys, you ready for this breaking news? Certified lumber is opening up a huge space over here. Here we have he runs the whole project, the construction construction company. Gish, can you please tell us a little bit about your company? So, we lam construction meet together with my partner Penny Bon. We do uh all types of projects, residential, commercial, industrial. Now, we're going to show you one of our commercial projects. This is LBS, Lakewood Building Supply, now rebranded as Certified Lumber. And they're moving from their location down the road in Prospect, closer to Lakewood near XL Park. This is a major major major property they bought of 7 1/2 acres with a 30,000 square ft uh warehouse and showroom Vinsmo that we're going to rebuild beautifully. And this is going to be uh they're going to be selling here sheetrock, paint, lumber, of course, hardware, tools, anything you need for construction, you can come and buy by them store. I'm hoping in two months [Applause] already with the cowboy hat. Who else is on top? This is global warming um HVAC. Nice, nice, nice. Fine. So building a nice structure,000 square ft offices and showroom on top storage for I'm beautiful looking. How was the experience with Lagum construction so far? So far, we're not done the project. It's seamless process. We're very happy with the progress and we're hoping to move it in the next two months. Introducing my partner, Penny Broom. Penny's a genius when it comes to construction. Everything, residential, industrial, commercial. He knows everything about construction. I do the office, the customer relation, the schedule, making sure that the transaction is seamless. Penny, what do you want to tell us about this project of this size, how complicated it was? Well, as you saw when you came in, I was actually with Kmenac from Global Warming and we're trying to figure out the air flow and comfortability factor. Who's that inside that? Yeah. Let me tell you something. You know when we get a call from Legum Construction, Gary Sheep Piny, we are thrilled. They have the knowledge, the experience, payment, no questions. Whenever we have a question, we get an answer on the spot. The job is not on hold. It just keeps on trucking. They truck the job out. Gary Champini, it's a pleasure working with you guys. If nobody knows how hard it is to start and doing these measurements and figuring out the pipe sizes on the bottom toilet, a 6in pipe, a 5 in pipe, where the vents are going to go and everything's done before the walls are up. It's very, very hard to do. Gashy introduced me earlier as his partner construction. One of the things that I've gotten when I got Gershi is I got a customer sitting in my office. This guy cares about the customer and he's a usually contractors care about the subs, the work, and everything else. I have a customer sitting in my office making sure the work gets done. One more thing I want to show you. Here's sharp edge framing. Steel framing is pretty hard steel stud. Getting everything squared straight. You're not working off foundation walls. You're not actually running off of places. Getting it squared is one of the hardest things that you could get. We have sharp edge framing over here. Hfeld did an amazing amazing job. I never saw a contractor that had such plans laminated beautiful plans where you could write on it and you could and you could mark everything up. It's beautiful. Thank you.
