kick to the meat.
This red wine sauce is amazing. This

sauce is very good, too. It's a little
bit of a sweet and and
savory. And you have the chimichurri,
which has all the herbs and everything
cut up, which you mix with a little
olive oil
and let it sit overnight so it gets a
good flavor and an infusion. Good.
