Telma Scalloped Potatoes

foreign [Music] it is so good so epic my famous scalloped potatoes that so many of you know and love but I added this incredible component to it I added Chicken on top to make it this amazing one pot dinner so follow along who wants to make it [Music] while I had the onions starting to saute I am going to get started on peeling the potatoes now that the potatoes are peeled one thousand percent you can run them through the food processor and slice them like that I personally like them a little bit thicker so I like to manually slice them so I just you know slice them as thinly as they could which is still a lot thicker than what the food processor will give you which is what I like okay so here are the onions we allowed them to saute beautifully I always get to get it started first while I prepare the rest of the stuff I have my potato starch I'm adding it in I find when I add the starch first and I mix it with the onions there's the least amounts chance of clumping now peoples don't freak out this is my secret ingredient we have here Mayo it makes the scalloped potatoes extremely delicious and creamy so we're just going to mix that in with the onions as well this is smelling so so so good and now we are going to slowly add in our chicken stock your hair like sizzle now the little white plums is the mayonnaise don't worry about it it's going to get melted in all right do you see how gorgeous and thick the sauce is becoming now I have my potatoes peeled I'm adding them in and we are going to mix this all together let it get really really nicely Incorporated [Music] because this is looking and we're not even done yet it's only gonna get better all right and now what we're doing is we're adding salt and pepper to it as you can see my family likes it super super super peppery you can put in as much as little pepper as your family likes it I'm just going to give it a quick toss could we talk about this incredible incredible sauce that is happening over here and now for the best part we're gonna add our chicken okay and now for the awesomeness we are going to put chicken right on top and we're gonna make this as a delicious perfect how perfect is this like this doesn't say more pasta and potatoes and chicken like this and we're gonna finish this up with some spices on top in the oven [Music]
