Kosher Michelin Star Restaurant Review

The first kosher Michelin Star restaurant in the WORLD, and they only make 20 of each dish a night. 🤯 Once a dish sells out, it's gone. No substitutions, no exceptions. The menu changes constantly, so what I ate, you literally cannot order again. Even their famous Hamotzi bread was sold out by the time we sat down. Chef Raz built Mutra around his grandmother's kitchen. Everything is organic and local, the fish comes from the fish store two doors down, and somehow it's all kosher AND Michelin Star. Every single bite had me going "wait… what IS this?" They'll recommend another and bump you to priority in the kitchen. Oh, and the bathroom has free mouthwash, combs, floss picks, and Mutra pins.
