so the holidays are behind us and we're
back to our regular daily schedule back
to work back to school but with it it's
sometimes a time period that's full of
stress there's been certain
relationships that we were happy that we
didn't have to deal with over the last
few days or weeks a co-worker that's
hard to talk to a professor that's
giving us a hard time how do we overcome
the stress of going back to our regular
routine to irregular conflicts in our
life
so we're starting a new
safer we're starting from boracious from
the beginning and i believe in it
jewish wisdom teaches us that we're not
really meant to run away from conflicts
rather we were born and created into a
life full of conflicts it says
god created man it says it with two
youths and the rabbis teach us that
within ourselves we have conflicts we
have a yates or tovan that yates around
we sometimes we want to give to others
but we also want to take for ourselves
we want to do good but we also are
selfish it's an inner conflict that we
all have to deal with and then it says
that a man gets married there's no
bigger conflict than that
we're living in a house with somebody
else we have different opinions we have
different ways of looking at life but
we're meant to live
a life that we sometimes run into
certain
opposing opinions because when we deal
with it and we're able to approach it
properly that is our opportunity for
growth that's our opportunity for
success so if you're going back to work
back to school back to whatever it might
be and you feel oh no i'm gonna deal
with this stress again
try to approach it in a new way try to
look at it this is my opportunity for
growth and with it we're going to have
an amazing tremendous year shabbat
