Know Kodashim!

The Chofetz Chaim, kiydu'a, wrote a sefer called Tevura Or. And the objective of the sefer Tevura Or was to be mechazek Yidden be limud Kodesh. And he speaks about all the reasons why it's an incredible thing to learn Kodesh. Most notably is if somebody learns Kodesh, it's as if he's bringing Kodesh. The Gemara is in the end of Maseches Menachos. But [snorts] if you go through the sefer, there's other reasons that the Chofetz Chaim gives for why it's so paramount to learn Kodesh. I'm skipping all the way to perek Yud Beis. And I think just to read a few paragraphs leshonei atzmo shel Chofetz Chaim. Chofetz Chaim wrote so clearly, it literally does not need any translation.
