what's this structure what's this retail space that's coming over here three stores three new stores it's located right off route nine that's locus street right down there is uh the 70 which is vision it's over there is bells that's tom's river down there is all combined this is a center location great location and people ask me all the time what's coming over here the good news is i just finalized that work hashem klein's ice cream the ice cream house will be taking a minute to sham the entire space if you can see inside still open they're taking the entire space for themselves they will be doing a meta-sham a fantastic huge nice ice cream experience of course whoever knows the ice cream house in brooklyn those that have one of the best salad bars breakfast specials lunches pizza pasta and of course the ice cream their shakes their whatever i wasn't there for a long time and they're going to be doing a huge party room so you can make simchas or stum events and it'll be an amazing experience they worked on this for very few nice few years coming up with the best location and the best experience this is huge so wish them a lot of attacker and we'll let's say let's stay tuned
