The fire departments of Kiryas Joel and South Blooming Grove held joint exercises in which they simulated real-life incidents which would require trapped passengers. The successful simulation brought the volunteer firefighters to the Kiryas Joel emergency services garage where multiple vehicles were staged to have been involved in a serious accident, with a number of them rolled over on their sides.
