Kibbud Av V’em is Bain Adam L’Makom

Okay, so we mentioned the Ramban, but just if you think about it, because really kibbud av v'eim doesn't have to be bein adam l'chaveiro, right? There are people sometimes that, you know, maybe are lax in that area because of hergasha that they have in the bein adam l'chaveiro sense, the hamavin yavin. But kibbud av v'eim is not on the bein adam l'chaveiro side. It's on the bein adam l'makom side. A person has to honor his father and his mother cuz he has to honor Hakadosh Baruch Hu. And in fact, the bein adam l'chaveiro component is more severe or more serious than a regular bein adam l'chaveiro, right? Could be more painful, etc. But at the same time, there's an inyan of kavod av v'eim being bein adam l'makom and not just bein adam l'makom. It's the very direct bein adam l'makom. It's bein adam l'makom where Hakadosh Baruch Hu says this is literally our relationship over here. This is a very, very big deal. Either way, that's the second observation.
