project Inspire was created to motivate
J Inspire was created to activate
providing exciting Outreach
opportunities for the from Community
Innovative programs bringing from and
nonf from together lunch and learns by
day and dynamic Speakers by Night
hundreds learning in our onetoone Kusa
program with a thought-provoking
curriculum enhanced by social
programming our breakthrough initiative
in collaboration with Jewish women's
Renaissance program offering a trip to
Israel for Less observant mothers a
Birthright for moms starting with 15
moms from Tek in 2011 we've grown to
eight branches in Brooklyn Queens Long
Island Rockland County Manhattan to se
and Toronto bringing 65 Ms in 2011 and
growing rapidly to a projected total of
400 participants in
2014 including 65 dads our late leader a
late project inspired people started
manyi cure of Outreach centers in these
areas where there really was either no
existing program or were very little
when you get involved this way and see
others grow in such a profound
way it impacts you and it changes you
and that's the power of this program
honestly it has made me appreciate so
much more what I have and I think it's
help my children appreciate it even more
I didn't think I had the answers but
then I realized that I really know more
more than I thought I know just from
living it the city leaders I I have to
tell you I love them I I love talking to
them I love learning from them I love
sharing experiences is that it's our J
Inspire sisters and friends that have
genuine discussions with us I think it's
about bring bringing more meaning to my
life I didn't understand a relationship
with God and now I have an ongoing
conversation with Hashem since I go back
uh from my trip I I have a Learning
Partner we've been learning over the
phone once a week for I guess this been
two years my first uh full
shabas um I since that time I'm keeping
shabas I've been invited around the
community for
shabas nicest family I believe that my
journey is really only going in One
Direction and that's to become more
observant I I think it really is heading
in that direction I'm no longer an
outsider I'm not an outsider the message
that I think I want to give to people
who maybe listening is please don't be
afraid because you know what it's really
not hard I I I'm so upset at myself I
didn't try this years ago there's a lot
more people like me out there that would
love to learn from you love to
understand what you're about so we may
not have community centers but we have
communities built up of people reaching
out caring one at a time one at a time
one at a time one at a time all the
Jewish people come home
