Two individuals riding bicycles assaulted an elderly Jewish man and knocked his hat to the ground at the intersection of Williamsburg Street and Lee Avenue at approximately PM. Members of Shomrim and officers from the NYPD 90th Precinct responded to the scene and are investigating the incident as a hate crime.
