Highlight Video | JEM Foundation 2022 Gala

Shalom Aleichem everyone, and welcome to the most enjoyable evening you'll ever have at JFK many of the families in this room have become members of the foundation, the results as you can see, have been massive projects, incredible undertakings to see the world somewhat the way the Rebbe sees the world, to be touched, to be inspired, to be taken by the Rebbe's love, by the Rebbe's perspective I have grandchildren who have never seen the Rebbe, and this is a massive connection to the Rebbe for them I hear my kids, I hear them talking with their kids the things he said are very relevant to them, they're trying to do what the Rebbe wants, today As our partners, we would like to show you the fruits of your investments the 1,703 interviews for the My Encounter with the Rebbe project the first print sold out immediately now in its 21st year, Living Torah is the crown jewel of JEM that's 2,013 new families watching the Rebbe together in the past year alone, the project grew to 77 schools there's a massive difference in quality and it's organized, easily accessible we've had almost two and a half million views in just the past three months alone I'd like to share a little bit of where we're headed and this is where I think the real exciting action is going to be this is Tanya, Maamorei Dach of the Friediker Rebbe, the Rebbe's own list of letters from his father we have at this point 25 years of content so 10 years ago we set out to figure out what we're going to do how to index the videos in a way that they'll be meaningful to people we came up with an idea called good night my child a story and a beautiful timeless moment with the Rebbe, pre-selected for children people have dollars of the Rebbe or videos of themselves with the Rebbe we've actually been able to find when people come from seeing the serial numbers really it's one big technology stack he passed away on Ches Tishrei 5750 the Rebbe provided us with emotional health emotional state of mind a feeling of validation, a feeling of belonging, a feeling that every human being should feel that we might have not had not have had another source how to get it when a person is in the rut, the Rebbe picks you up every dollar that we raise is fuel to help us bring the Rebbe to more audiences, in more meaningful ways thank you very much let's keep it going
