Anthony, what is this drink? This is
going to be our bonfire cocktail. Uh,
we're going to start with 2 oz amordo.
So, this is the main liquor in
it. We're going to get a little fresh
lemon. Fresh lemon. A lot of orange
puree. So, hit it with an ounce of that.

minute. You can blow it out. There you
go. So, this is the bonfire. It's very
good.
It has like a citrusy, very citrusy,
which is very refreshing. Very good. It
has also like a a sparkle to
it. This is probably the champagne which
you put in. And uh it's very delicious.
I still have to drive. I don't know if I
can finish the whole thing, but it's

very good. This is a skirt steak salad.
It's more more of a healthy option if
somebody wants delicious. This is a beef
carpacio. It's raw, but it's cut very
thinly and it's and has like oil and
it's just I don't know how it works, but
you can have it raw. Here we have the
skirt
steak. Wow, it's cooked perfect.

how they do this. Wow. Looks delicious.
So, we're here with the owner, Hilly. I
just had over here. I can't move. The
portions are very big. Everything is
looks stunning. Delicious. On point. It
was phenomenal. Now, what what got you
into this restaurant business? I fell
into this business. I got involved
consulting etc. Which we got involved in
the business and here I am 2 years
later. Basically, like what are the
challenges that that that came up once
you got involved with this business?
So the food business is probably I would
say one of the hardest business. Now
every business is hard. I've been in
done different things in my life. Every
business is hard. The food business is
extremely challenging because you're
technically running three businesses at
once. You're running a manufacturing
you're manufacturing food. You're
running actual hospitality making people
feel good and you're running a retail
business selling to people. So it's all
three that has to be together. And that
is extreme challenge because if one of
the points does not work and it's they
don't forgive so fast. They don't
understand that your worker woke up in a
bad mood today and he didn't make the
food properly or he missed his. So it's
very challenging making sure that
everything gets run. Everything is is
consistent. Um um you know the servers
are always smiling, always in a happy
mood, always a a good a good vibe. This
is very very important and it's a very
challenging part but I try very hard and
hopefully mentioning the vibes the
atmosphere is something else. I when I
come in here I feel like I'm stepping
into a different world and that is very
very good. Um I wanted to ask you um
what is one dish that you're very proud
of? What's your favorite? And that is
your prize dish. If you have I every
single dish by us is a prize dish is a
delicious dish. I mean, we do not give
out any dish if it's not perfect. I
don't know what you had tonight, but you
can start by our our signature dish,
which is a tataki. We have the tataki.
It's a very unique dish. You don't have
it all the tastes together. We have, you
probably had tonight our um crispy beef,
which is crispy beef. You can have
crispy beef, but our crispy beef is
soft. It melts in your mouth even when
it's hot, when it's cold. Whatever way
you eat it, eat it, you take it home for
tomorrow. It's delicious. our tongue
cigars. Every single dish that we have,
I think we can go through every single
dish is unique, delicious, tasty,
beautifully presented, and we make sure
that you leave after a night, you spend
your money over here, you had a good
time, you leave with a smile. That's my
goal in this business. Wow. Well, you
mentioned before that you run a few
businesses. I just reminded myself that
you technically also have to do social
media today. It's like you're a business
owner and like an internet personality
in a sense.
To be successful, we have to do every
single thing of the business. I hear.
Okay. Thank you so much. Thank you so
much you guys for coming. Pleasure.
Pleasure. I hope you guys enjoyed. I
hope to see you guys back again. Mashem
and uh yeah, we'll definitely joy it is.
Joy it is. Thank you so much.
