Do you what are your thoughts on this? Do you write songs? What are your expectations for them?

no i don't think this is a viral song um obviously everyone wants their song to be successful but i think that if you're trying to write a pop hit you know there has to be a certain intention behind all the things that you do uh the lyric content the melody the style of production um it has to be fitting of a pop song and i don't think this checks off those boxes now obviously i want it to be as successful as possible but i think this is more of a depth over distance type of song where the people who are responding to it and who like it like it at a very deep level i've heard things like wow i find this very healing [Music] and that was my intention i mean i wrote it at a time when i very much needed to heal and so i think that it definitely checks off that box as opposed to a pop hit
