The concept came when I was at a Barmitzvah and I saw the 12 year old boy wear Teffilin for the first time. He was so exciting, smiling proudly with his father. My only Bracha to him, and all the Barmitzvah boys in the world is that they should be excited each and every day when they don their Teffilin just like they were when they turned 13.
