And he goes to sign the paperwork at the lawyer's office to close all the accounts. And he was so inspired, he said to the lawyer, "I want to be like you. I want to become a lawyer. I want to go to school and study." And the owner of the law firm took him by the hand and pointed to a room and he said, "You see in that room all of those guys? They're all lawyers." There was about a dozen of them in the room. He said, "All of those guys are all working for me. And I earn a percentage of what each and every single one of them is making. I don't even practice law." My father took that lesson to heart and my father gave that lesson over to me. The only way to make more than $300,000 a year is if you have other people doing your work. You get the clients and you have them do the work. That way, you could actually expand because it's almost impossible for you as a person to earn more than $300,000 a year if you're actually doing the physical work yourself. Got to get other people to do it for you. That was the secret my father taught me.
