where does this incredible passion
commitment to Israel come from I think
it's probably quite a lot of things it
it starts definitely with um what I
regard as being starting ground for
everything which is uh orienting towards
truth I think the first time I was in
Israel was 2006 during the Lebanon war
the heah war and I was very struck then
by the simple differences to put it
mildly the chasm between what I was
seeing with my own eyes and what I was
reading in the international press it
was just blw my mind that there could be
such a disconnect and such terrible
misreporting and non-reporting and much
more I felt a deep connection to the
state of Israel and just a great
Sympathy for the struggles of its people
and an admiration for it as well it's
not just about victim an admiration for
this extraordinary country that's
relatively young has become this huge
success story
