sitting here today with W honig the founder of learner Network coil which was founded in Lakewood about two months ago and has recently expanded to the Muncie Community what can you tell us about the lure Network coil what is it okay to learn a network Kyle was is formed um there's the best way I describe it is as the same way Lakewood um grew so quickly um being Borough parked is the housing went up there's not so much place to build the demand and the new in Brooklyn and other places so Lakewood is created and Australia they brought new people kids world there's the same concept who who won a place where they belong people who are who need the afternoon time whether they're working or whether they they have large families or things have to be taken care of and they can't just walk into this managers at five o'clock I feel like they have a place they belong to um and it's awkward and and you know it's as well the problem was it's disgusting um and manufacturer to to neutralize such a concept as well sort of middle-aged when they play it to be able to have in every neighborhood a place where they could come in whether it's in the morning and afternoon or might have a program in the morning and after on the afternoon would be starting from five to seven and and in between that time they come in and they belong to a place and they have a say that now and this will be like a theory concept will be like a modern concept it's like today I'm in traffic I'm in New York and in other states and other countries this is my say the word what I own and that's when I'm Gonna Learn and and the mind of this Dharma is is is that a person for example at night he has a wedding a few times a week in the morning he has prison he was up late at night with the baby he's tired um he makes the morning say that maybe you Misses twice a week at night things come up the time in the day where we found um for example in Lakewood five to seven is after that the average person's workout is over afterwards it's not smack middle of the afternoon and it's a time where people can own there's no wedding then there's no there's no no bar mitzvah then there's no in Brisbane and at the same time we have fresh coffee um we have designers and the time when we have the networking going we even have um hot buffets like last week we had a Mitzi Mandel sponsoring from Lakewood uh of a lavish buffet fidelum and they had networking going on and the people come home relaxed and at ease and that say that they own and and you'll be surprised that when I tell people I say I say at night you're tired right to go to you've been tired to go to share you know you you won't be able to concentrate in the mornings is not so you know it it's not every day consistent but this time during the day when you own it and you make that say there that's something what could be the stocks to say they have and at the end to add the networking part um to be able to have people who are in business and looking to expand the connections right to a success successful people not necessarily people who who are looking to start something whether well we're catering to them in people who are in between businesses and we're setting up things for them as well a lot of things to be able to help them by networking Gower as well and and we're creating a whole body of learner Network where we opened a month ago some of the Smashing success by w a Savino was broadcasted live on call halosh and people could still call in and hear the opening um and and by using all the resources from all the people who are approaching and contacting us and saying um I could help get people get government contracts I'll give a class how to get a government bid um people offering to help people get jobs people are offering to help people who are successful in business to to how to how to be able to grow and this is really something when all these people make that site it's all an extra it's a motivation for them to come to one business and not be spreading around all over and throwing around this dorm and give them a reflect at home they'll have a structure they'll feel good about themselves and and and they reflect even on Sean bias and and and their personal motivation for growing in business and and feelings um accomplished about themselves especially people who are very successful don't have time to make that say that but by giving them to know that this learner Network structure is all over the world and this is the essay that you're going to have and it's not in the middle of a time where you can't work it out to make it happen that is the goal of the Learning Network maybe we saw last week uh you went out to Australia you met with godolam and uh you know Johann kanyevsky and other good Island what was their reaction to your uh your network the reaction from the reaction from the deadly Israel was was way beyond my expectations I thought I was just gonna get a brothel um to be able to have a Slaughter in the approach of creating a new Street a new Avenue a new construction site um a new place to be part of uh but with the second I spoke to McDonald and I went especially the Philips Diamond um his Gabe um telling me that he understands the need for this more than I understand what I'm doing and I was I was literally taken aback and he tells me he says he says you don't understand because now it's Israel and as I was saying people the NATO and middle-aged people I mean years ago was like the average person that didn't want a person to try to be a little like mobile advantage and make this normal work out for them because then they thought you want to be like by the bathroom but today he felt and we failed and you know Mr and that's what we're going to establish another thing that Israel is that going to want to be like NATO because because version in the in the in the front world is tremendous and and and and and and and and people by them being conveyor making that say a place a new construction a new um uh place like this and then this cuddle there'll be also there'll be this is um where they have a place five to seven and they fit in they're not they're not available I couldn't link with we had a little setback image somebody put me back in there's a magnificent based manager every every base mattress we have is so welcoming that it's a horror not to want to leave it now now let alone that the learning learning network is set up 100 Finance free there is no burden of overhead I'm taking existing um Powers existing things from the community what each thing by itself is a multi-million dollar operation whether whether whether it's it it's a PCS EDI um lrc um even hammered um we have uh in different computer skills and different companies we hope to set up with score as well um and just last week I want to say me Israel I literally I'm so touched by the people every day reaching out to me a lawyer came over to me by the grand opening of Muncie and offered me if anyone if anyone needs help settling debt um we'll do it to them for free if people are uh people are having a hardship um someone is um Jonathan Baron from Denver came over to me on Muncie and introduced himself and said that this Energy company his his son has Energy company alternative Alternative Energy company um and as you contact him to get people jobs and I mean we caught in that bottle the the open the openness and and the approach a clients will come again as a one and and by this I could help people with relationships and and establishing the business and not only just establishing but even building up existing businesses and just by them coming to learn just by them making the say that in one place so this is the reaction of the people that are that are currently joined into this uh well I'll be honest with you um division is much bigger than the actual understanding people have um I see I I'm in touch now with England I'm in touch with I have emails from the whole world all over the world different states different countries of communities housing to start their own as we speak we're working on it um it's it's it's it's like uh what my best way to to to to to explain this is like about Hashem they should give me gave me the you know the slave maybe the slave to identify the white elephant standing in their own I mean this is a huge a huge huge thing um that to help to give people a place when they tell you to grow so fast that this is this is they can have that say that fit somewhere because if you're not if you're not if there's no structure set up for people to be able to have that same every day wherever they are how they are and people want to make that say then that they're in between both them and Russian they're from here to there and and the benefit will be created from it the the way people could benefit there's a whole body you're going to have a mission I'm gonna have a website going on soon and then into wine at every communities of federal government States and the social services incline throughout themselves and Outsiders that the outside is approaching us offering their services it's a pool what what what's unreal the power is is English shy of what the what when fly still reunites and and this is not the this is not my idea you know this is what they should tell them he said you know that this is this is what it means this is exactly what what what we're doing over here and and and and to be have a place of people in between jobs or people who lost their jobs even have a place to go and they could come and know that at least I'm not eating into my daily schedule I could do like a look whatever I want and five o'clock I still have that side and they have the structure and then the wife knows and the family knows that every day a new idea could come up from just going to land and learning to say it in one place that's it is something that creates hope in the house and every day you're not waiting for the bird to bring you some of this or some some message or a new business or no idea and you don't know what's going to happen today tomorrow and I want to point out to you that huge companies are reaching out to us I have meetings Around the Clock I have high-tech companies they came and when I was that strong until 3am went to shops I left Sunday morning they came in from the San Diego from from North from South all over they came and we sat until 3 A.M going through I'm trying to bring this high-tech company into the states and they have a tremendous item um we have new innovation items um from Hardware to to new companies in every day things people approaching us things that help people create and these aren't things where people are reaching out and fighting over the same slice of bread and and you know businesses start with Hashem um ideas um jobs but I want to point out one important thing um what what is that if people come over to me and approach me and ask me how many jobs did you start off um people get ready and that's something what a web is listening she listened very carefully this is not a school it's not a business thing this is um a place to be created a place for Benet Toyota and people who are working or people who are looking to expand the business capabilities what people are in between jobs to be able to have a place to make that Savior and give them the structure every day everything else X everything extra is a plus and we're working very hard with that but my answer is not measured and therefore by who got a job and who didn't and what happened even though this love has tremendously because that is already identifying the intention and categorizing Us in in the wrong um Spotlight what what what what that that that's by us if by walking into a learner Network cuddle you will have it sloth already there's 100 success because you have a place that you can hold your savior so how do people uh people that want to join how should they how do they sign up for this how do they join us right so I'll be very I'll be very uh very honest with you and I think it's a I think it's it's even funny I get phone calls from people calling me up asking me how much does it cost that I want to tell you so um um someone approached me and called me up for merit Israel and he offered me a huge place to use um in southern heifer a huge place and he and he tells me tell me how could they have a coil they are not paying and and people and they have such a demand for people to come you know and people want to open all over teach me please please whatever you work here's my building whatever just tell me how you doing here so so so so chattan I told him that didn't I realized you know people are calling up asking me how much does it cost is their registration fee so by by organizing this networking now is something what draws people who understand the sugars attire and don't have a place and this is something across them I'm not here to bring people they want to do who estamos are you like looking for excitement or don't understand the depth of what we're creating for you know this is more this is a mature thing this is something what what people people realize themselves and I told them that's what paying them is in the Shire because the the talent the connections and the body what we're creating you know I have someone called me up now um they want to build this website um and I explained to him what I need and and he he was a little taken back I don't know if we'll do it now because it's time consuming even though you want to let them donate but the mice it's a body it's gonna be you know I want to have I want to have networking on I I want to have a bulletin board I want to have um each each state each country whoever whoever whoever's involved the things they're offering which things are are of um from from the cloud Which social services then you have state but not everything's a federal not everything to each place but each thing's broken down and these people would be able to be helped and and have the right direction as well sounds exciting wishing muchaslacha and uh I guess we'll continue to bring updates for everybody to uh see what's going on thank you very much okay it is one other thing I'm looking first I need an assistant um I have coordination I have everyday people reaching out and huge thing who can help and not just like with the whole the whole musician in the whole world and I I really do need an assistant to be able to help me coordinate
