and last time here with my friend Dave gold from I guess life introduce yourself I'm here from Lakewood New Jersey I work as a financial planner for Northwestern Mutual everybody said we just opened up a new Fresh office in the Lakewood New Jersey helping you with financial planning great so the reason why I'm here and right now is you know crystals and almost the end of the year there's a lot of uh planning for that you have taxes and stuff but there's another reason is because a lot of clients are coming to me to invest their money of course I tell them real estate is number one state but there are some people that say you know says you should divide your money and solution other stuff so that's the reason why I'm here and also people don't want to be busy so much with real estate a lot of times it's a lot of headaches and sometimes a lot of it not all the time depends would be a deal and um it's also uh people don't have so much money to put down that's a smaller amounts so that's why yeah I have an update over here tell us about your plan exactly so real estate is great but like every frame said times a lot of people don't want to be busy with it so our job as financial planners is to help you manage your money help you grow your money through our wealth management of Northwestern Mutual we open up all different types of accounts and all these accounts will grow obviously with the north with the wealth management and through the stock market and these accounts grow and we help you manage that money like if I'm said now the end of the year tax planning is the number one conversation for every client how do we minimize taxes what can we do to help save some money on taxes saving taxes you know saving money taxes will keep more money in your pocket and let you do other things that you want to do with it we talk to clients and give them that education that that's needed we talk about IRAs and just money sitting around in the Bank of emotional savings account advice I don't believe too much money in the in the savings account it's not there to grow because it won't grow it's there to be safe but you want to have some money that's going to be growing and planned for we talk to a lot of clients about long-term planning long-term wealth management people have Kindle if they want to start putting away for they want to start saving for small contributions big contributions everybody said we work with people from you know from a curly and gaman to a very successful business owner everybody can do find some financial planning we don't we don't require a minimum I believe financial planning is meant for everybody um our goal is to help you maximize your money like I said save it plan it be efficient with your taxes help your money grow and making sure that you have somebody to talk to to give you some of that a lot of the financial Financial guidance Northwestern Mutual we manage close to 300 billion dollars of assets and our goal is to help you educate you and build up some of your some of your wealth where do you usually invest in money the fun people get all of our all of our our All the Monies all be invested through Northwestern and through their own funds which are not accessible to the regular people unless you work with someone from Northwestern Northwestern is a top three broker dealer in the country which means that they manage you know one of the top three amounts in the entire nation and um we do a tremendous amount of work and our clients find us extremely helpful we are the accountant and the wealth management together wow yeah amazing okay let's say wish uh somebody will chat to you so anybody give me a call 917-363-799 you could call text WhatsApp everybody said one more thing is that part of the financial planning I have to make sure that the island has enough insurance with life insurance disability insurance long-term care that's for the older people in sages and we have to make sure that everybody has it it's part of the financial plan give me a call 917-363-799 foreign
