action here on stage we will unleash rapidly many questions to these Champions and just to give you a Glimpse just to give you a glimpse of what they know and what they have to think through when I ask them a question just listen up if they are asked who the Mitzvah applies to there are 17 unique options that they need to choose from if I ask them when the Mitzvah applies it has 11 individual options if they are asked where the Mitzvah applies it has 10 different options if they are asked what the punishment of the Mitzvah is there are 10 separate options if they are asked the mucker the source of the Mitzvah they need to come up which p in the t is the maker of that Mitzvah and if they are re asked reverse maker which means I will say the and they have to tell us the name of the Mitzvah and to make it even more challenging they will have only 150 seconds to answer 40 questions or as many as we are able to ask in the 150 seconds each correct answer will be worth 10 points for your team K on stage are you ready for the rapid response rounds yes yes let the ultimate Mitzvah Mastery Showdown begin and before we begin let's just make sure our mics are on so we don't waste any and we said it's not enough they are so quick we're going to do 40 and they managed to answer 38 questions out of 40 in 150 seconds and how many of them were answered correctly final verdict 33 33 team safe for mitz voice there will be 150 second clock in the middle of this screen behind you the Mitzvah that I read will be on the board we're going to go as fast as you go are you ready team sa judges to review their sheets to give us the final verdict on how many of the 37 questions were answered [Music] correctly well they this is not they're in eighth grade these boys but they don't only know book five they know book one book two book three book four book five all 613 Mitzvah and in each Mitzvah they know who the Mitzvah applies to when the Mitzvah applies where the Mitzvah applies the maker of the Mitzvah if we tell them the Mak they can tell us what the Mitzvah is they tell us the punishment or if there's no punishment so many details so many details for them to rapidly answer that is truly amazing judges do we have a final verdict yes how many 33 33 that gives us a tie we're going to give 330 points to team saer hzv and the international mitz game show is currently tied team M with 330 points and team saer mitz with exactly 330 points unbelievable this concludes round one and and we will soon be back for round two to battle out who will be the winners of this year's stage after round one somebody who has been involved in the Kon for many years came over to me and said I have a question for you is it feir to say that the kids this year know it better than any other year before and I said absolutely this is the first year round of applause this is the first year that we manage 38 or 37 questions in 150 seconds truly unbelievable now before we go to round two we have to make sure the competition is fair and on my way off this team had a complaint so judges will take the complaint the challenge the question we'll hear it the judges will decide and we'll move on what's the question basically that they said that there was a m there was men or you're not allowed to testify falsely so they originally said all people and then they switched to men we got it wrong also or it could have been that um connecting to Tom they said all places and they might have gotten it wrong judges you have a decision what was the first Point Let's one out so this is you it's not rapid response talk a little slower and and help us understand your challenge here's my question to you are you saying that your team deserves more points what are you requesting that your team should get more points we're requesting we got it wrong so we're requesting they should get that question correct okay so you you you're claiming to have 10 more points than you have so we do need to figure this out so say the question loud into the mic loud and clear so the judges can here and understand the question basically um someone was asked a question who the Mitzvah of not testifying falsely so they originally said it applies to all people and right before like before anything was marked they said men but it was marked as incorrect you Chang your so by the one thing I can tell you now the judges are going to think about it by the rapid response round the first thing the judges here they mark it we move on we can't wait for you to think cuz we want to go rapidly the first thing they the first thing they hear shouted into your mic is what they record as the answer and a decision is made if you corrected it it's it doesn't work they said but like Allon even the questions you didn't get right we know you know it it's just the pressure on stage judges make a call on the mic the answer was given that's it all right so our scoreboard is 330 points for team Mishra and 330 points for team saer ham SP welcome to round two this smart Quest round as we are now going to Spotlight our contestants Seated on the top row of our stage these contestants have delve delv deep into the details of book five the book for the eighth graders listen up teams before we ask you your question let me tell you how this round is going to work you'll be asked one question you'll be given 90 seconds to write down as many mitz as possible on your pens and papers that you have on stage here is how it works we're going to ask you one open-ended question to name as many mitzah as possible that are connected to or that involve a specific category for example this is not your question name all the Mitzvah that have to do with wine each team has a pen and paper and they all the contestants will work together on the top row to come up with as many mitz as possible connected to their specific category and to make this extremely challenging we're going to put a clock up there and they will have just 90 seconds to answer as many questions as many answers to the question in just 90 seconds and here are the rules for the smart Quest round rues rule number one mitz must be written down on separate lines to be counted rule number two writing a broad term will only count as one Mitzvah if you write down the specifics you will get points for each specific Mitzvah rule number three if you are in middle of writing the Mitzvah when the 92nd timer runs out the judges will decide if it counts for this round each correct answer will be worth 20 points team mnay and team sa for mitsis are you ready for the smart Quest round yes and for our final round of the game show here is the open-ended question here we go list all the mitzvah in your book that involve non-jews and non-jewish Nations 90 seconds either or all the mitzu that involve non-jews or or non-jewish nations as you see on the screen the yadas book flipping through the pages that is exactly what these contestants are doing in their brains flipping through 430 n pages of their book trying to think through the details of each of the hundreds of Mitzvah that they have learned that have a detail even just a detail that mentions non-jews or non-jewish nations and let's see how many they will come up with in just 90 [Music] [Applause] seconds [Applause] [Music] 30 seconds [Applause] [Music]
