Mashem, we made it here. It's about 12. We're here during the day. It is super super active. There's always things going on here. The lobby is full activities happening. We have concerts. We have shows. We have all different functions that we do to keep everybody active and exciting and making every day should be something to get up for and having a enjoyment for every minute of throughout the day. >> Wow. So, I'll tell you father because whenever my my in-laws for Shabas live not too far from me and it's so nice to visit the elderly over here that you put into them that the facility puts into the people here. They have so much going on here. >> I love coming here and that and that's what we love. We love when the community is part of our community here and that's what we're here for there. >> So let's hear number what is your facility here at Tavote? Who is it catered for? Who's eligible to be here and go for it? >> Okay. So vote is an assisted living facility. Um so just to for clarity sake we're not a nursing home. We're made for people to come live here and to really be part of the community that we have here. Um, it's made for Haisha people. We have full functioning shel here. We'll show that uh when we get to that. And we have all kinds of activities and um social things going on that help um keep the environment invigorating and energized on a daily basis. >> Wow. Just want to tell you the ambiance here, the decor, it's just pretty. It's nice. A lot of times, you know, my senior um facilities This place is and span gorgeous. You know, if I wouldn't say where we are, it's like over there. This is thanks. My father built this place about 25 a little over 25 years ago. And he does a lot of the decorating and all that over here. He was walking late at school one time in the art gallery. He said, "Oh, he needed something for spice spruce up the lobby." And that's it. He just everything to make sure Yeah. Wow. >> Make sure that this feels homey and haish and a Hilton hotel. This place feels like >> 100%. >> Okay. Take me around Lazen. >> Okay. So, this is our lobby and the back over there we have our library. This is what we basic this is where most of activities and people spend most of the day. Um, so nobody has to feel like they're giving up their home. This whole space becomes their home. They're not just squashing themselves into one little room. They really have the whole facility at their disposal. families come, they sit here and participate in activities. So, it's really about having the engagement and being part um of that. And understandably on top of that, we have medical oversight. Um so, we have a nurse here every day. We have doctors, physical therapists um and uh we make sure that aid with them in their room. >> So, we have we have option we we have we have options for that. Um, so but it's very beneficial for somebody that uh is at home. Um, first of all, you're sitting by yourself the whole entire day and you don't really see people and the the children have to come every day and make sure everything's is set up. Make sure this person has three meals a day. That's all done over here. We take care of all that and they have everything. Let's clarify one more time. Ellie, you're not nursing home. No. >> So you're not meant for sick patients. No, >> people who are not well. You're here for elderly who are fully functioning but >> they're living alone, >> right? >> Come out here, live in a beautiful ambiencece, live with friends, live with daily minimum with daily three meals where you're everything is taken care of. Um, and like you said, the nurse comes around, the physical therapists are here, all your needs are here. >> You have a mid for the ladies, you have you have yoga. Basically, this is a go-to if somebody's older and it's hard for his kids to take care of him. It's a beautiful place. >> Correct. >> Wow. How old do you have to be to come? >> So, we have all ages. Um, the youngest person is probably in their 50s and going up to 100. Yeah. We have people 100 years old. Yeah. >> Wow. So, what what categorizes somebody to be eligible? How does it work? First of all, you take insurance, >> right? Also, we have we have a special pro. We don't have to wait till the end of the video for the prom of motion, but um about a year ago um we actually got approved by the state for Medicaid. >> Really? Yes. Until a year ago, you had to pay cash. >> Correct. >> Correct. So now >> that slow down let's not take that lightly. This is a him. This is a major promotion. So until a year ago somebody wanted to be in they had to pay cash >> out of pocket. >> Out of pocket it's like a cost. >> Correct. >> Now Medicaid approves it. >> Correct. >> Do you hear what he's saying Ellie? That is a privilege promotion. >> So that's basically Yeah. >> So technically anybody who has Medicaid now is approved to contact >> pretty much. So I mean obviously you need to have a little bit of challenges somebody who's approved for >> he doesn't have challenges today. Yeah he does. >> That's true. Unreal. Wow. as you expect um full functioning in a full function in a full functioning Jewish community. We have basically Jewish community here on site. I was here once a beautiful guy. It was packed with the throne section. The man section I want to show right here is windows to the first floor to the lobby. Was it in the lobby? Wow. So this is a father's baby technically. those who know know about him but famous famous we do a whole separate video segment on that if you >> okay so over here we have our um tea room we call it people come here and then have snacks and we do things like that and over here we do um other recreation activios we we have we have uh our bingo over here >> bingo >> bingos everybody loves bingo two times a week bingo jamack act. But we also bring in artists and do art um what's called art artwork and paintings and uh other before yont we do different kinds of art depending on what season trips. >> Sure. Sure. Sure. We do trips full over here. >> It's a full camp. We have uh >> videos. But uh everybody their own in the lobby. >> This one you can zoom in on over here. Um this the boys come from from the >> Wow. And this is this this is the the monthly calendar of events. Um art movies Alice videos fish tank coffee room. Wow. We make and we do that sometimes during the nine days. We we take advantage of that and do a vacum in our dining room. >> Ah, so there's the dining room. >> Yeah. Welcome to our dining room. >> Wow. Beautiful. >> Three fully hot meals three times a day. Um, all overseen by a registered dietician that uh makes sure that every person is getting the right amount of nutrition and um make sure that that's tasty and it's uh something that everybody can enjoy. Beautiful. A restaurant is this the none less than Kamak logs and restaurants. Beautiful. This is beautiful. >> Every every table has a number. The name of the person sitting there and the staff knows everybody's dietary preferences exactly what they like and how they like their eggs cooked and how they like their bread toasted. You should come here in the morning. You see like doz I love the windows overacts over here. Very nice. Very nice. Wow. Ellie, it's unbelievable how you take a person who's in his older years and push it, but but it wastes, you know, unstimulated. They have to make sure that they're fully taken care of. The a showing up, the food is being cooked, the food is being served. Here you you we take care of all that and then you're free to be a child to your parent again and to come and visit and just enjoy and spend the time with the and and they just we just enjoy seeing that. >> Wow. Wow. Ellie makes sure to bring back memories from the olden days the Lansancy street the ice cream trucks on out. I'm going to tell you this. Um, most people when they come for the tour of a vote, they don't get to see this, but I want you to see what a kitchen looks like after regular day's work. Spotless. Nothing out of place. Everything is clean. You can eat off the floor over here. >> Jeez, this place is >> This is the milk kitchen. We have a separate flight. Sugar kitchen. >> Talk about spotless. How do you keep up to this uh level? >> We we have a very strong dog in this. I imagine what it looks like behind the scenes. You imagine what goes on actually when it's front facing. >> That's amazing. Finally, I'm blown away in I don't know if you have enough rooms over here. The followers are going to see it from extend >> maybe. Wow. So, it's now like we started off came by night to do the video. Why does somebody want some night food over here? How does it work? Can I add some kitchens refrigerator? >> Yes. So over here we have food by the front desk available 24 hours a day. >> Really? >> Yes. Whenever whenever you need call down the front desk and you asked and we have a selection of food that's ready to go. Wow. >> Whenever you want. >> So many feeling well more than night. It has a bed. >> There's call buttons emergency call buttons by the bed. The front desk is monitor 24 hours a day. Plus we have aids rotating throughout the building checking up on everybody constantly. >> So you really have full coverage for your safety. 20 hours >> in 2026. Unbelievable. Medic covers also have a no-brainer. And uh our just just the people that were here and they decided that for an appreciation of what we did for them, they sent us their plaques and their thank you letters. Just a small fraction of what we got, but we don't have room to hang up all of them. >> So if the oil shipped on our letter, that means the oil enjoys it over here.
