me this many many years ago my kids know about it wherever I go in SHO they know that I do this and it's something that every one of us could take upon ourselves even if it's once a day and I feel that once a day could become five times a day 10 10 times a day it could become so part of you and it could be such Aus for everything going on in the world especially in and that is to answer aain out loud and the only way you can answer a out loud is as if you hear the braa out loud so whenever you're going to make a br Shah call in your house just make it out loud I'm not asking I'm not telling you you have to wait till someone's home if you come home from school and you're the only one home there are people who will wait till another sibling or a parent is home till they make that
