On one of the hottest days this summer I went around with my very cool hydration backpack and filled up cups of water and lemonade for strangers in New York City. It's amazing what a small act of kindness can do. People really appreciated the kind gesture and opened up about their life, shared their dreams, challenges and wisdom with me.
