thanks for coming and uh right we don't want to interfere we're here for um to run a campaign on local issues on issues that affect quality of life on issues that matter to our pocket BS uh first foros is jobs job creation through federal funds for small business loans and the local economy funds for our education and our Public Schools so our property taxes can come down uh very important to get a train going from Lakewood to New York under the Palm line billions of dollars of federal funds coming in train funds and I know the importance of that because I've been commuting to New York for the last 15 years and I know what it's like to New Jersey Transit Poli far more than my opponent Chris Smith who doesn't really live in New Jersey doesn't know what a Transit bus looks like um that's going to bring jobs that's going to bring an increase in our property values and that's going to enhance our quality of life because the community new Ys going to be more pleasant and shorter we also have to do something about immigration uh we have a lot of immigrants in our district that are taxing our social are schools and um spending a lot of money to educate the children of illegal immigrants which again is causing an increase in our property taxes so we have to really look at not just border patrolling but also making sure that the people who get the social services are those that are here legally I also think it's very important to understand that Chris Smith is not as people think the number one supporter of Israel Chris Smith repeatedly constantly votes against appropriating funds to Israel so while he can sit at a meeting with the uh Pro Palestinian members of the European Union and talk up how important it is to fight against anti-Semitism at the end of the day what does Israel need more a good conversationalist or someone who votes to send them f-16s Apache helicopters Patriot missiles so that they can defend themselves against their Arab neighbors that's the difference and Smith is not there he is consistently a negative voter on Appropriations to Israel which is their bloodline their security and that certainly is an important issue so that's what the campaign's about it's about quality of life getting jobs here getting our property taxes down versus Smith who been there for 30 years and hasn't addressed any of that stuff so get on board support check out the website which is on the cap HK for congress.com which is uh this is the website uh you go there you'll be able to focus on the campaign you'll see what events are going on you'll be able to contribute you'll be able to uh volunteer and let's get the message out and let's make sure that we get the right guy in pris we get rid of the guy who's been there 30 years and it really isn't effective anym
