It's possible we're going to use it
construction.
Good to see you again.
The beautiful project LBS.
Now is the time to show you another
project that we just got the CO today
and we're finishing up cleaning. This is
our residential division and I want to
show you a house that 6 months ago
looked just like this house. This is the
chestnut area. Older houses from the
late 1900, I don't know, 1980, 1990. Um,
and we completely gutted it from the
inside. We re we finished the the
garage. We added on top of the garage
beautiful master suite, the laundry
room. We did a beautiful layout. I want
to show you inside. We added a bunch of
nice ideas that Praash Penny, my
partner, he's full of surprises. So, I
want to show you some really, really
cool things that we did here. And this
is a beautiful, beautiful product. We're
still middle of cleaning it up and
giving it to the customer the way they
deserve to get it. As you can see, we
did the seating, the grading already.
Everything is perfect and ready for
them. Look at the Stuckco job. Look how
nice.
>> The garage was here.
>> The garage was over there. We just
closed it up and we finished it from the
inside. Just before we go in, I want to
give a shout out to our designer. She
works for us and she's doing phenomenal
things. Her name is Ba Floor. Look at
what she did outside with the colors,
the black and the white, the contrast,
the stuckco, even the tiles on the
bottom. Everything is so perfect and so
high-end, stunning,
>> and yet affordable.
Let's go inside. We have Penny.
Penny.
>> Oh, fine. Penny
hearts in them holes. League. As you
know, the challenges,
they're 8ft ceilings. We had to come up
with ideas on how to create bright,
eerie, and as close to an open look and
feel as possible.
Budgetwise, so we created the one
statement piece.
It gives you that illusion of of
openness and bigness together with that
fireplace. It's a gorgeous entrance. You
have windows. Wherever we were able to
do, we put in windows. Even in the
kitchen, Kim, look at this. We put in
huge, beautiful windows in the kitchen.
Yes, we did cut down on cabinet space,
but in order to compensate for that,
look what we did over here in terms of a
pantry.
>> Nice.
>> So, cabinet space is beautiful. Let's
continue on over here. This is going to
be the dinette/family room area. Also,
we put in windows wherever we were able.
These are Lincoln windows. They're
they're skinnier than anything, so it
lets in the most light. They're very
beautiful, very durable, and the
insulation on them is good. And by the
way, I'm sorry it's a little bit dirty.
Customers moving in tomorrow. I have the
cleanup crew here. We actually just sent
them out so that we should be able to do
this. A lot of times exterior walls,
this is actually another one of my
ideas. Exterior walls have a problem.
The pipes freezing them.
>> I don't know. Wow. People usually have
it over here over the pot. This is meant
so I could run the pipes inside of the
wall so it doesn't freeze. I wish I
could show it to you, but I'm not taking
out that drawer now. The pipe is over
there. Comes from the inside of the
wall. It's insulated. It will never
freeze them yet. Sashem also you have
over here. Come here. Look. We made this
gorgeous, beautiful dining room.
Floor to ceiling windows.
So
this is a home office outlet in the
floor actually right under the desk
perfectly calculated with the furniture
that's going to be here in we have the
full floor plan
>> also let me show you beautiful
budgetwise bathroom that still looks
gorgeous designer played around with
placement of three four actually
different types of tiles 1 2 3 4 five
I'm sorry that should create a look a
gorgeous luxurious European look.
>> It's a very European look. Kick off the
floor. Kickoff is us. It's a very
European look.
>> It's like European mixed with modern.
>> It's very very well done. Tile placement
was the main part here. Laza upstairs
come up. Actually beautifully done by
upscale railings. Over here also we cut
out. We replaced the headers over here.
Shifted it over. Got it done right that
we should be able to put in nice big not
the ceiling but as tall as possible
windows. Come up here. Look at this
chandelier. By the way,
>> this is gorgeous. You know what it takes
to create the spiral? It doesn't come
like this.
No.
There's the three regular bedrooms.
There's a regular bathroom also designed
beautifully by ba floor.
>> There's a lot of thought process
involved in this laundry room. We did
something very interesting in order to
create for the customer a place where
you could put your detergents and
everything and without it making the top
of your washer dryer sticky and
disgusting and dusty. We put this shelf
have a couple of floating shelves. Guys,
talking about European, this is the
coolest thing I've installed in a long
time. Look at this fabul
nice hanging. And it folds up against
the wall so beautifully.
Good idea. Now, let me show you the
master bedroom over here. We had Oh,
Amy, what's going on? This is Pro
Painters. He did the drywall and the
painting. Look at this. He even brought
his guy back now because we just
finished. As you saw, the upstairs is
being cleaned now. It was cleaned
already. The downstairs being cleaned
now. He's doing all the touch-ups at
every single spot.
>> How hard was it to get him back?
>> We called him yesterday. Do you need
anything more than that?
>> Always available. One of the interesting
things we did here over here was we had
extra space. We created the sitting
area.
>> The huge window,
>> monster window. Look at this backyard.
Now come in here. Let me show you the
master bedroom. This is actually the
built-in heads headboards going up over
here.
>> Look at this bathroom over here. Let me
show you this.
>> Wow. This was done by Dash Cabinetry off
of an inspo picture, which is something
that very hard to do. It's the high
gloss um white cabinets, white drawers,
leather finish top. Look at this.
>> Nice.
Leather finish.
>> Beautiful.
>> Yeah, it's beautiful.
>> Come on.
>> Yeah.
>> Look at the freestanding tub right over
here. Every inch calculated by Ba floor.
Actually the towel warmer dodges on the
shower and one of my ideas for
>> the shower glass is still coming.
>> Yes. One of my ideas over here was a lot
of times people have the bench and as
you see here it's about 6 ft away from
the shower. The rain head goes straight.
This shower reaches till about over
here. So we created right next to the
bench is the handheld. So the Kstein,
you can do whatever you want
with that handheld. And one thing I'm
going to show you, there were
calculations here involved in lowering
the floor.
So that in order for that, I could put
even though it's built in, I still
didn't want this drain on this side. So
we dropped the floor and figured out how
to do it with the two eyes so that we
could put the drain over here. As you
can see from the lighting, you'll see
that till over here about it's straight
and even. And from here to there, it's
pitched that way.
>> Nice.
>> And it goes directly into the drain. And
then we have another emergency drain
just in case the bathtub runs over the
toilet.
>> Beautiful.
One more thing I want to show you. This
is something that nobody thinks of
usually.
People are always fighting over the
thermostat. My idea always from global
warming, shout out to you. Put up over
here special thermostats. We have remote
sensors throughout the house.
>> Really? Well, you have on this floor you
have like more than one
>> two sensors and it averages out the
temperature in between. It doesn't feel
anything from over here. It feels it
from those two sensors. It's just parent
control.
>> It's in the walk-in closet. Tatamama
contas. Nobody has to know the
temperature in the house. on what they
want because they're the owners of the
house.
>> So, just to finish off the video, this
is me Gi Israeli, my partner Piney
Bronn. Thank you for watching this
video. We are looking forward to service
you, give you top service, top quality,
to your own budget, and your own design.
