body which means every piece of my body gets a re re uh how would you say it in English like reborn power now if Shalom something's wrong with my heart then one organ will not get its and then the person will have some type of a sickness we can see from now that many of our sicknesses become and originate from the spiritual level because I have 248 positive Mitzvah that I have to do if I'm lacking one of them meaning that I'm not supporting and I'm not feeding this particular power in my nees I'm not giving it its substance I'm not giving it its food then it basically starts coming down what's called it starts coming down to this world and it transformed into the physical which means if I have some type of problem if I have a problem in a certain organ means that the sickness started in a spiritual deficiency and it just came down into the body as a sickness so when a person is as much as possible fulfilling the mitzvot he has much less physical sicknesses you will see that the more the person is sanctifying himself then he's reducing sicknesses so since our body behaves in a certain way when we're not going to do a whole sh about the the behavior of the body but the body is a manifestation of how this neish conducts itself in the body which means if I conduct my body in a healthy way I eat healthy I sleep I exercise then you know it should be that my body would be healthy and I'm not going to be tired and I'm not going to suffer from all sorts of problems same thing with our neish if I feed my nefes exactly what it needs the same way that the physical body needs to get its vitamins and minerals and you have to eat fruit and vegetables and you have to have fish and meat and I'm not a dietitian but you have to have everything you cannot sustain yourself just on oranges or just on bread same thing with our neish our nefes needs to be injected with this Godly vitamin which are the mitv in order for my nees to be to be live once my neish is alive then it will trickle down to my body and it will enliven all the organs in my body the thing is that we know that our heart according to Nature has two Chambers the right chamber is where the N is the left chamber is where the ne is this is the Mish where it dwells now we know the is over the body it's not that it's one place it's almost like saying you know is everywhere but one time one person can say oh you know but we see that in a synagogue there's morea or next to the SE there's even more and in is there's even more and then you go to more close todash more so how can you tell me that is know simple simple biology you damage your body you're going to be sick it's very simple same thing in the spiritual if I don't feed my soul what it needs the soul becomes sick and my soul needs Torah and my soul needs mitv and my soul needsa Holiness and my soul needs food if I feed my Soul what it needs then the chances it will be sick are much much less the same way that if Shalom there's going to be a deficiency in my heart it would affect the body and the body will become sick same thing with our soul if I don't feed my Nish constantly what it needs then it will affect the rest of the part of the Nish here it can affect two ways one it can manifest into the body so if one of the nefes one power of the nefes does not get its power so the part of the body that gets its its life from this part of the nefes will become sick so one person will have problems with his hands one person will have problems with his kidney each one has different problems for example not too long ago my mom started having problems with her wrists in her hand and she went to all the doctors in the world anyone that she went to could not solve the problem they told her we can't see anything we don't know what's the problem so then she turned to me hoping I can come up with some Hocus Pocus and I told her you know what let's put it to the test if your risks risks are hting might be that you're lacking Generation all the phobias and the and fears and anxieties and all these things comes from that so what happens is it brings a lot of impurity on the body when the person wakes up in the morning even
