How do I approach an "off the path" Jew?

but especially a lot of times you have Ultra Orthodox communities that they can't even stay within the community because now I became the the children saw all of a sudden this guy walking around without a a yamaka without a beard without pis without anything these kids identify this particular boy as a non Noni you know not Jewish and he said I can't live like that all of a sudden I became the guy when we see a child in the street that acts and looks like this we have to know how to approach them with kindness and and a good V it's always going to help a warm smile to these children and being there for them that could really be a turning point in this child's life
