Holy Songs In Honor of Rebbi Meir Ba'al Haness {Piyut Ashir Afoer; Ashir Azamra B'neginah}

The first one was written by Rav Massoud Abi'hatzera who lived from 1828 to 1908. He was the father of the Baba Sali. It's based on the Gemara in Avodah Zarah daf ches that Rabbi Meir went to try to save his sister-in-law who was in a base zoynes and he bribed the Roman guard and he he said if you're ever in trouble and if dogs chase you, just say Eloka d'Meir Anini and you'll be saved.
