okay so it's time to move on to the next
step we talked about the first stage
which is the inspiration and how to get
excited about you but how to believe in
ourselves now we need to take a look at
our actual relationship with trouve
itself and I need to ask you this
question what did you want out of Juba
what you know I remember I walked into I
was a teenager I walked into a music
store to buy a guitar and I was like
yeah I want to buy a guitar man and he's
like his question to me was well what do
you want from your guitar what kind of
guitar you're gonna buy has everything
to do with what you're gonna use it for
you're gonna just play local comes it's
you know Carlebach are you gonna be
shredding like slash you know you need a
different end of guitar for that right
so
what do you want Shuba what do you want
out of chewer so maybe you just want to
make it to rosh hashanah you know you
don't really care about God you don't
really care about your spirituality none
of this stuff you want to have a good
year you want to be inscribed to a book
of life
happiness wealth health and all the good
stuff right so you know you're gonna
need one kind of chew it for that
there's a very different kind of chew uh
which is you know you want to live
integrity you want to build yourself in
a healthy way and the simple Association
is like dieting there's many different
diet no diets out there you know why are
you dieting do you have to fit into that
jacket before the wedding and you're
like oh I fit a few years since my
wedding and I don't put into the suitor
anymore so I got to lose 30 pounds in 30
days and it cost $30 or your money back
and basically you drink lemonade and
that's it oh it's probably really bad
for you long-term below kill you
actually but you're gonna lose that
weight you know so basically you paying
your dues because you know you have to
have a specific reason to lose that
weight and as soon as it's over go party
again so maybe that's relationship with
chuhwa I really want a party I want to
drive my life but you know it's time to
pay the dues it's Rosh Hashanah time so
help me do that but of course there's a
much healthier way to diet and a healthy
way to do Chuba when it said it's about
a lifestyle choice you want to eat
healthy foods you want to exercise and
all that stuff and same thing with chuva
you want to live in sync with who you
really are okay so if all you really
need from chuva is to succeed in Rosh
Hashanah it's very simple all you got to
do is wait for the panic to hit it won't
hit at some point it may be a low most
of us know I won't do it but you wait
for shoshone itself you wait for stairs
to meet you uh you know Kippur at some
point you can oh my gosh I'm gonna die
and you just achiever and it's easy you
promise God the world God will forgive
you because he's eternal and you know
you can go that way by find a good time
you'll be partying again
if you want to speed up the process I'd
recommend lots of guilt yelling at
yourself beating yourself up it's really
not healthy for you long-term like
emotionally spiritually but it'll get
the job done if you need it right now
okay well chances are if you're like
most people the reason why you doing
chuva now you're thinking about children
now watching this video is because it's
so kind of a mixture of both things what
got your attention to the chuhwa now
yeah lol Rosh Hashanah okay but once
you're here listening to this video
considering chuhwa what I'd like to
encourage you to do is say well okay let
me do it right once I'm dieting let me
do it the healthy way let me think about
portion control and exercise once I'm
considering Chuba even though it might
have been inspired by you know simple
things like guilt or just feeling bad or
want to have a good year okay but now
you're here now you're at the table so
let's jump in and do what real do
healthy true but do sustainable Shuba
true that's gonna make you feel good
about yourself because you know you can
do it you can continue with it all year
long so join us in the spiritual you to
shoe a seminar send your email to the
Torah Center at gmail.com and join us as
we train ourselves to do sustainable
