October 7th. What does this mean to you? >> I don't think there's an [music] explanation or a reason that a person can give to to sum up October 7. [music] And in fact, let's go all the way with this. I don't think we could sum up and give an explanation or reason to why a 12-year-old girl with her new bike has to get hit by a car and never come home. Just don't know. There was a woman that lost her family that went all the way to America to speak about what she went through and they're screaming at her. Shame on you. Shame on you that Hamas came and slaughtered your family in front of your eyes and you want the world to know the truth. Shame on you. Ooh, get out of here, dirty Jew. It's hard [music] to know things, but this I do know. Nothing's over. Nothing's new. Nothing started on October 7th. The idea of the twisting the story and and blaming the Jews for everything is from day one. When Hamas started this war, they on this day the atrocities that happened will be forever ingrained in the Jewish people. And yet immediately afterwards, the world began to create a lie. And that lie was that the Jews were committing genocide. And in fact, we don't belong in this country and that we're occupiers. We're taking over this land. Do you think that this war is over? >> Um, it's hard to know things, but this I do know. Nothing's over. Nothing's new. Nothing started on October 7th. The idea of the twisting the story and and blaming the Jews for everything is from day one. This this when when when when they won't turn us into the devil. Actually, no. The devil works for us. So, we're worse than the devil until we'll be the worst in the devil until the light of Messiah and and a greater light that Hashem shines wakes us all up. And uh again, what's happening now, it's it's intense. um [clears throat] we were able to experience it in ways that we wouldn't in the past. And so quite literally, but I wouldn't want to belittle those that literally lived through it, but we virtually live through what happened and the the images and the stories. It just tears the soul and the heart and and and tears us apart. And so we suffer more than hearing things from far away. You don't you wouldn't have heard about it till long after today. in the split second we know everything that's happening. So the truth is uh it's not new and it's and it's going to continue. The the hate and the the distortions it's not even coming from a conscious level of the world and certainly our enemies that are sworn to kill us. That's what they dream about all day to to wipe us off ex of existence. And somehow they've convinced the entire social media social social climate of of the world to join them in in get rid of the Jew. And it's through that point that Ezekiel 37 28 says that I am God when my sanctuary is is with them amongst them for eternity. It's not without a doubt that Hamas who called this war the floods of Alaka and in they literally tied their October 7th to the Temple Mount. And yet the Jewish people are still afraid of approaching the one proof that they have brought that God is still in their side. Because as long as that abomination, as Daniel calls it, it still sits on that spot in their eyes, God has abandoned us because they hate. So when you when there's hate, you you can't you won't see the truth. When there's enough hate, then the the uh the logical conclusion is the insanity. So it's actually quite logical for them to have their insane view of the Jew and of of the world and call us genocide, call us evil. Nothing's changed. But at the same time, when we can get angry and we can see the the horrors of what ultimately is unleashing on us, I think that that there's also a a little little little tiny spark of hope in that if their souls really see the truth in in in heaven, then there's a possibility for them to do the right thing. And what's stopping them is the hate, is the ego. We all have a job to do. We all have work to do. God wants us to make this a perfect world. That's what's going to bring us to Messiah and this great eternal life. You got to deserve to live forever. I mean, you put up with people for a couple of years, 50, 80, 100 years, and and they're gone. And God and Bashem sometimes that that the evil in this world disappears. But to live forever, you have to really you have to really be perfect. And he wants us to to reach that point. So, we're not going to we're not going to convince them. It's not our job to try to plead with them. Come back. Come to us. We love you. That's nonsense. It's the ones in the middle. The real challenge. And I think what God really wants to see are the ones that have a chance to see the real truth to see it and make that step because then the world fixes itself rather than God slapping it in the face and saying, "I'm going to fix you." And and that's not the right way to fix the world. The way to really fix this world is what God wanted from the beginning. He wants self-made accomplished people. And so we have to fix ourselves. And that's why God's waiting to to he still has hope that we can fix ourselves. And that means all over the nations of the world and all of the good that he put in those places in those nations, they have a potential to fix and correct themselves. And that's part of why I think we're still here. We also have our work to do. He wants the Jews to fix themselves as well. We all have to become better people. And we all have to realize we're part of God's world. And there's a way to make it work. It's hard, but God's waiting for us to make it work. That's why it's taking so long. And that's why it's so hard. That's why it comes through so much pain. pain. Again, we're not explaining what happened, but but pain is a part of the world that God created. He created brokenness, and it's our job to fix it. And it's hard and it hurts. Life hurts, but life is life. Nobody would ever trade life for for for for giving it up. Meaning, with the pain and with the hurt and with the sorrow, it's still life. And we must embrace it with with with idea that to be alive is the greatest gift from God. No matter what. No matter what. I just want to close with some words from the heart. I just want to close with a a tribute to to the those that perished and those that are suffering from the October 7th and every horror and every tragedy we have to face and they were still facing is this life can never die and death will never live and those that choose life have light and have eternity and those that choose death are as if not they never were because a lie doesn't become a lie when you find out it's a lie. a lie never was. And those that choose the lies and death and darkness will find out that they won't even find out they they don't really really exist. And I want to bring a beautiful thing we say in Esra. We say ultimately that those that are life and that choose life that of course can never die don't die. They sleep. They take a long nap in the earth. that God will and and and the the prophets and the our our prayer text says that one day God will come back and wake up those sleeping sleeping in the earth and this is the idea of the Msiah coming and the resurrection of the dead and so all of those souls souls people and we see it we don't just hear it we see it now they didn't die for nothing and they didn't even really die they were killed but they did not die they will rise again to the perfect eternal forever world and we will understand only then We'll have the answers. We have reasons and answers then. Now we just have a broken heart. But then we will know that it was all worth it because it was all what will bring us to the perfect eternal life together with God and together with with each other. >> Amen. We say let our eyes open up and witness the redemption that's unfolding. >> Amen. Thank you.
