The 4 Behaviors Of God Throughout History - Part 3 - Rabbi Mendel Kessin
120 views
Why have the Jewish people survived thousands of years of exile, persecution and upheaval while the great civilizations of antiquity disappeared? In this deep Torah lecture, Rabbi Mendel Kessin explores a remarkable framework for understanding why events that appear disconnected may actually fit into a much larger Divine pattern. This year
uh is really part three of a series
of ideas
and those ideas are
why does the raernish do what he does?
Now of course his actions are infinite.
We know that.
But can they fit into a pattern,
a general category that will organize
his acts?
Because his acts are obviously infinite
in terms of their breadth and their
depth. But believe it or not, they can
be organized into a series of ideas.
You know, less you think, well, what do
I have to know this for? Because what it
will give is tremendous clarity.
One in terms of
what is happening in the world. And why?
Because obviously they must conform
to the acts of God because he does
everything far more than we can imagine
him doing but he does everything.
So in order to really have a grasp of
what's happening in the world, you
really have to know why does God do what
he does. [clears throat]
And obviously you can't, you know,
organize it individually. They're
infinite.
But we can look at the pattern. And that
pattern can tell us a great deal
of why God does what he does.
and how does it all make sense
especially in terms of today's time and
that's what I want to talk about
and uh continue so it's really important
shir
uh in terms of what to know
the behavior of the lurum
but you should know one thing in the end
of time
he will reveal feel everything that he
did and why. So you shouldn't think well
maybe a great deal won't be understood.
No, you will understand.
And obviously when you hear it all, you
won't believe the unbelievable
cohesiveness
of every single thing that he did and
how it all makes sense according to
justice.
Uh before I be begin however let me just
dedicate this year
this year should be a blessing and a
merit for the health and success of the
families of Regina bus Yoseph Ruv
um and
Ben Israel Binyan Wolf
uh Ben Zev Hers
and Bor Beny Wolf Wolf Schmo Ruven Ben
Regina for a Fujma.
Uh and also Schlommo Le Ben Akiva
Ben Tova Esther and Elon Isaac Ben Sora
Tovo.
They all have
only uh good news to hear.
So let's begin.
Now it's been uh I think about two weeks
since I gave the last year.
So what's important is just a very quick
summary
so you remember what was said. I want
you to be able to connect all the dots.
Right? Well, I talked about the concept
of the anhogus of the raernish lordum,
which means how do we understand the
nature of the behavior of what the ram
does as he conducts his relationship
with the creation.
And this is obviously nothing compared
to what he really does. But at least it
will have give us some type of
understanding.
Okay.
I had mentioned that there are four
hagus
four series of actions that the does
and very quickly
there's the anhusakum
which is those actions that he does to
create
this world and
the future world because that's
ultimately what he wants.
that maz should precede
obviously and it's all about giving
mitzvah
it's all about creating a test for
mankind especially the Jewish people
right uh for them to enjoy an eternal
infinite reward
and so on
So that is hoga or the behavior that God
does
to establish the setup itself.
Okay. Now
once the setup is done
then there's what's called hanoga mishb
the attribute of justice
where god takes actions
in terms of a judgment response.
Well what did the person do? Did he do
mitzvas?
Right?
And was he tested? Did he come out doing
a mitzvah or did he sin?
And what is my response
to that?
Do I reward him? And I mentioned last
time that there is no reward in this
world and I mentioned why.
[clears throat] And by the way, I might
as well say which is very interesting.
You'll notice that it doesn't really say
anything about hab
in the Torah. In fact, it barely says
that there isn't
if you think about it. And that that of
course has been a deep question of many
many people.
There are obviously many answers.
But I feel that really logically there's
really only one simple answer and you
don't have to go into all the answers
that people attempt to do to respond to
and so on. What is that answer?
Because think about that.
[clears throat]
I once gave a shir that what this test
is all about ultimately is for us by
doing a mitzvah to draw down divine
energy and that changes the physical
world into another reality
which we do not know what it is. It is
not the messianic era. It's much
different than a messianic era. It's a
different reality of which we have no
idea what it is. So if I want to
describe something to you, let's say a
reward for your actions, if it in your
reality, it makes sense because you can
understand it.
And not only do you understand it, it
means something to you. So it can be it
can provide an incentive for you to do
that action.
But what happens if that that reality is
not the reality you know? It's not that
you don't see it or you don't hear it or
you don't know it. No, you cannot even
envision it because it's beyond your
ability to conceive even
is something that you have to be given
the lens. It's like if you're blind or
if you have terrible eyesight and you
don't have glasses, you can barely see
where you're going. So, if you don't see
something, what does it mean to describe
it to you? You don't know what I'm
talking about because you do not
experience that reality. Well, then how
can I possibly describe it? And even if
I did, if God described,
what would it mean? you don't know what
he's talking about because the reality
that he describes doesn't exist. So it's
not going to provide an incentive.
Doesn't mean anything to you. That's why
it's not in the Torah. So there is a
reality that God describes in terms of
what looks like a reward where God says,
"Well, if you do my commandments, I will
give you the rains in its time." Oh. Oh,
that I understand. Especially if you're
a farmer. I understand what it means to
have the rains in my time because I know
what rain is. That's why God describes
realities of the future in terms of
unbelievably beneficial.
He only describes it in what way? In
physical terms that you can understand.
He doesn't bother describing the real
because there's no words that you can
possibly appreciate of what that is.
There you are. Very simple. That's why
the reality of is not at all described.
What is described is that there is some
type of reward. That's true. But he but
it's only described in physical terms.
You know, women will not miscarry. You
won't get sick and so on and there'll be
rains. There'll be plenty of food and so
on. But the real hab of course can never
be described. Anyway, that's what an
amishput is. And we know also right that
the reward if God does give you cannot
be a reward. It can only be an increased
opportunity
to do more mitzvah to get involved in
more spirituality.
That's what we do know. Okay. The next
hanoga
and that's what I'm describing now is
anoga
and I mentioned the ideas of the
attribute of the oneness of God which
means it takes a supreme being that is
above everything in order to do this
because God violates if you want to look
at it that way he violates mishb he
violates justice
Because justice doesn't say that you're
guaranteed and I mentioned what
is a guarantee that the world will
survive that there will be a nation
in
that's a guarantee. Why? Because that's
the will of God. He will not be
frustrated even though mankind has free
will. And therefore that's called
it is done only by a being that is
supreme and above justice and can do
whatever he wants and there's no
possible opposition
to what he wants. Right?
Also I mentioned last week or two weeks
ago
that Aroinu was offered the position
to
fulfill the purpose of God.
You know and I mentioned also that
mankind is guaranteed to exist but not a
specific nation. And what Arainu
accomplished
and he had that sign with the burning
the Brisbane Absurum, right? That
mankind
and what Arau got was a guarantee that
was now transferred to the Jewish people
to a single nation as opposed to anybody
in mankind and so on. So now the Jews
are guaranteed to exist which means that
they are indestructible
and that is why we are the only nation
of antiquity. If you think about that
look back in a history book and all
nations of antiquity are gone.
They were all buried underneath the
ground. Greece, Rome, Babylon, Assyria,
and so on. They're gone. There's no
remnant left. Whereas Judaism, Jews were
the same guys that we were 4,000 years
ago. Why?
Because of an Yehud. Because that's what
Araminu
did for us. He got from us. And that's
very important. I also mentioned
something very important that God
instituted a second division of labor
and I mentioned what that was g that
remain it's pretty gullless remain
assimilated
right I should say don't assimilate in
the nations that I send you to remain
apart
and if not then aud them you will serve
them and if you keep sinning then God
says
they will afflict you. So that is a
unique avoid
labor or task that you have to perform
you see and that is the avoid called
cullis using these three stages of song.
Okay, great. So, that's a review.
Is there anything more to say? Well, of
course. First of all, I don't recall if
I said this two weeks ago, but we see it
alluded to in the tillum. It says
means God is righteous in all his ways.
That's Mishbot.
Okay, that is justice.
So he's a sadic in all his ways. But in
all his actions, he's aid.
Aid does that which is beyond justice.
What indicate? What does that indicate?
Which that's the
so the anogish the attribute of justice
or the actions of justice is sadic makes
sadic but the attribute of
right
that is the attribute of
or the guarantee so he's always looking
for your survival
or like I I mentioned I did mention is
it says
I am God your healer which means that
justice does not demand rehabilitation
that's somebody that wants us to survive
no matter what we did now where do we
encounter this well if you really think
about that you begin to realize
something that God guaranteed
what
that the brio
the creation will have a tikun. That's
what it means that mankind or that the
Jews will survive. They will do the
tikun. Whether it be method A or method
B, they will do the tikun.
[clears throat]
Which means that the Jews must survive
as a nation
through Yakov and through the Yudam
or at least through Yakov.
That means the descendants of Yakov
must survive,
okay, to do the that's what
is.
Well, guess what?
You'll now understand something that
that was actually
threatened,
right? It actually was threatened. In
fact, it was threatened twice.
It would seem so, but obviously there's
got to be an understanding of this. When
was it threatened? Once.
Okay. And it's fascinating.
when the Jews did the kettoel
when the Jews did sin with the golden
calf.
So Moshua Benu immediately understood
bad news for the Jews. I mean they get
out of Egypt finally God takes them out
of Egypt and gives them the Torah on the
17th day of Tamas they sin.
So that's very bad. So Moshu Rabenu knew
immediately he's got to go up or
actually he did it when he was already
up there receiving the Torah. And God
said to him, "Your children have
corrupted themselves.
Le go down, right?" What was God saying?
Well, the Jews could have brought the
Messiah. And not only that, you would
have brought the Messiah.
So God says to Moshe, "Step aside
and I will destroy them."
That's what he said. Now that's an
incredible threat. I mean, God can wipe
out doesn't make a difference how many
millions there are. In an instant of
time, he can wipe everybody out. All he
does doesn't kill them. He just diverts
his attention from them for a nancond
and guess what? They all disappear.
That's it. We need the constant input of
the will of God. Exist. Exist. Exist.
Well, guess what? We disappear because
we do not have the ability within
ourselves to exist
independently of God even after he
created us. Do you imagine what we are?
We're like a whisp of smoke that in a
second could be gone
if it wasn't kept on being fueled.
Same thing if God doesn't think about us
right 24/7
we disappear
talk about continuity
or if you think you're somebody you
don't realize you're less than a zero
cuz at least a zero exists you don't
it's only the will of God or the thought
or the attention of God on you for
microscond
to microscond
and that's the reason why you exist. If
he diverted his attention, you'd be
instantly obliterated instantly
and so on because he is the absolute
cause of your existence. It's not like
something else. For instance, if you
light a fire and you walk away, well, it
exists. Even if you walk away, you don't
have to think about it. You don't have
to attend eventually of course you have
to refuel it but basically it exists
independent of you but we don't we don't
have that feature so therefore when God
said
I will destroy them what does that mean
you have any idea how dangerous that is
absolutely
incredible
so what does Moshu Rabenu do with that
kind of a statement
First of all, you may ask, "Wait a
minute. You said that they are
guaranteed to exist, right? So, what do
you mean you destroy them? You can't
destroy them. You swore
that their descendants would be forever.
That's the guarantee of
so how can theam say I will destroy them
stand aside and I will destroy them
which is a very powerful question and
now you understand what said
stand aside I will destroy them and I
will make you the nation in which Israel
will exist right he needed Moshu Enu to
say, "Okay,
I will be the the of the patriarch of a
new nation that comes out of me, even
though I really come out of Ley or
whatever. So, as long as Jews exist out
of somebody from Yakov,
God has fulfilled his promise." Now, you
know what? Why the Rabosam said, "I will
make you a great nation." He had to
because of his oath. Interesting. And
Mushraenu knew that. So of course
Mushraenu who was the great defender of
Clyisville.
What does he say? No,
I'm not going to do it. I don't give you
permission. And the BA wants his
permission. He's not going to do it
against his will. And the whole thing is
lopsided.
So Moshu Rabenu said, "Hey, you know,
look, if you destroy me, then you can do
me a favor. Erase me from your safer.
Imagine if Moshu Rabain was erased from
the Torah."
So of course I hate to say it to use
this expression but in that sense since
he had to make Mosha Abenu the
continuity of Cly Israel he was stuck
because he wasn't going to violate the
free will of Moshe you see and he had no
other choice he needed somebody to say
yes now maybe you can say well why
didn't he pick somebody else you
Well, apparently the Rabanam saw that
everybody sinned at least to the extent
that they couldn't be the forerunner of
the Jewish people. Was Mosha Sunni did
not sin with theel not only because not
only historically he couldn't sin. He
was up there receiving the Torah. He
wasn't even there and he wasn't even
aware until Dasham told him right that
your children have sinned. So he said
no. So therefore the Bam said okay I
will forgive them. What does that mean?
I won't kill them.
So thank God you can use that expression
that the orenu
averted the decree
which is really incredible when you
think about that and so on you know he
averted the decree.
But Moshu Rabenu was very very smart
because he knew well okay so the Bum
guarantees that they will exist but
maybe he's going to pay take away the
privilege of tikun
so now the Jews are no longer the
Messakin give it to somebody else I mean
he'll look around or find somebody right
so even though they exist as a nation
right and he won't kill them but maybe
he'll give them the ability of tikken to
somebody else and moshabu did not want
that
so what's moshenu do
he goes down to kisville
breaks the lucas which itself is a very
fascinating historical point obviously
has tremendous repercussions without
going into it and he goes back up,
right? He goes back up 40 days later,
right? 40 days after the 17th of Thomas,
he goes back up. Why? Because his next
prayer is
let the Jews remain
as a messaken, as a rectifier of
creation. It's not enough that they
exist.
No, I want them to remain with the
privilege of being the ones who do the
tikun.
Talk about a lawyer.
But in order to really defend the Jews,
you have to know hashkafa. If he doesn't
know what's at stake, how's he going to
defend the Jews?
So Moshu Abenu went up 40 days later a
second time and prayed to the please let
them remain a msaken
and theam said okay
so thenu went down again
okay
but he realized
nope he's not finished yet because maybe
the bam is agreed to this here's what
I'm going to do. They'll exist and they
will actually maintain their original
position which is to do the tikun to
rectify creation. But maybe what's
called the hedging your bets, he's going
to pick a second nation with the Jews to
do it in case they fail. So at least
he's got somebody else.
So Moshu Raenu said, "Oh no, I don't
want anybody else." Right? So he went up
a third time
to defend the Jews and to beg the and
this was
to beg the
what? Please don't give away the power
of tikun to any other nation.
Let it remain with the Jews. Which is
incredible. three requests. Don't kill
them. Let them be the Messiah, right?
And don't let anybody else do the tikun
because there's something special
[clears throat] about having saved the
entire creation. Just think about what
Misha is doing, you know,
[clears throat] and so on.
That's how much Mishraenu
loved the Jews. I mean, imagine if God
said to you, I will make you, you know,
the Jewish people. How many people would
have said, okay, okay, it's too bad
about the Jews.
They messed up, but you want to give it
to me? No problem. You have any idea
what that means? That you are the
originator
of the ones who brought the tikun to the
entire creation. It's unimaginable the
honor. You know, talk about a legacy.
It's incredible. [clears throat] But
Moshu Rabenu refused.
He said, and not only refused, he said,
"You can erase me from your whole safe
for which is really eternity." You think
about, and I don't, it doesn't say
anywhere in the Kumish that they gave
him a fee, a lawyer's fee at all, right?
This look at what Mashabu did. Talk
about a leader that loves Israel and so
on. And the Rabam agreed.
What did he agree to? He restored the
Jewish people to their greatness.
And what was the repercussions?
Well, that was on Yum Kipa. 40 days
later after
Yumipa. So on Yum Kipa, God forgave the
Jews totally. And that became to us an
everlasting holiday of Caporra. And now
you understand the real origin of Yam
Kipa where we were restored completely
to what we were and so on. And in terms
of retribution of what the Jews did, God
will handle that through the
generations, you know, which and we have
been. Much of the suffering that we go
through is because of the sin of the
golden calf. But at least we do the same
job we always did. And
now devolves again upon us. And now you
understand something very important
which I'm not going to go into but I
will mention because now is the perfect
time. You now understand what sukus is.
Those clouds there were clouds that
accompanied the Jews in the desert. The
clouds are covered. Why? Because they
are the symbol of the anhog.
That is a symbol that we are divinely
protected.
The symbol was clouds and they left at
the right. They disappeared because we
no longer had the guarantee of survival.
They came back on the 15th of Tish,
right? Why? Because an was restored only
to us. So they returned. And now you
understand something which is very
puzzling.
Why is there such joy on sukus?
And it says three times
and you will rejoice in your holiday.
Why does it say that? Because the joy is
that the whole job, the whole task of
rectifying creation, which is the
greatest task of all, was restored to
the Jewish people
and
was restored to the Jewish people.
That's what's called the reinstatement
of the contract,
never to be broken again.
fascinating story of the history that it
was threatened yet it was saved.
So if that's the case then there's
something very puzzling,
right? What is puzzling?
Well, let's look at the other great sin
of the Jewish people. There were two
great sins.
The Jews could have had gone to Erit
Israel right then and there, right? They
didn't have to wander in the desert yet.
The Moragim, the story of the spies and
their lush horror against Erit Isil
hadn't happened yet.
So what happened? It happened.
Okay. And God and God of course says to
meenu,
I will destroy them. Wait a minute. This
is like a repeat. You can't destroy them
because you reinstated them. So how how
can you even make a statement like that?
How do we understand this?
This is not an easy thing to answer. You
see, he did it once, but then okay, so
he had to forgive the Jews cuz Mashabain
refused. But how can you say it again,
right? And he, you notice he didn't ask
Muain, you know, and so on. Well, you
know, I want you to and make you a great
nation because he already knew Mo is
going to say no.
So then how does he say it? And the
answer is something very very strange.
What was the sin of the moragum really?
Was it lash? That's what Kazal say. What
was the lash
directed to? Now it is true
that you should not denigrate
Erit Israel. That is true. But that's
not really Linara because erit Israel is
a land doesn't have consciousness
basically.
Okay. Nobody's embarrassed. Nobody's
damaged.
But there is. But really it is lashara.
To who? Not ter Israel, although you
could say it is. But it's damaging. It's
embarrassing.
It's denigrating to God because what did
they say?
Their t was
they saw giants in Israel and they said
forget it. We can't conquer Israel.
There are giants there and they'll kill
us all. I mean if you take a look at the
you know schlak the whole story of the
moraglam
it was denigrating to God. They spoke
lush and horror about Israel, which is
an implication that God made a
tremendous mistake. He took us out of
Egypt to give us erit Israel. What does
that mean? He can't he can't take it
over.
And look at Rashi. And Rashi says
they were talking in relationship to God
that he can't overcome these giants. Now
I'm not going to go into how could they
possibly think that way when [snorts] he
destroyed Egypt which was the greatest
nation on earth without getting into
that. [clears throat]
They speaking terrible linara on God's
choice to give to the Jews. That was the
real sin of the moragim.
So what was God saying? God is saying
they are referring to my abilities.
Right?
For they are stronger than him is
referring to my abilities. What they're
saying is I don't have the ability to
bring them init
or to have them survive. That means
they're questioning my ability of
right of my ability to keep them alive
eternally.
Well, if they don't believe in the
nanhaga, so how could I possibly do it
for them? Because God only reacts to
what we believe. Everything is a mida
mida. If you believe God has a certain
attribute, then he will display that
attribute in response to your belief.
measure for measure. But if you do not
have faith in God, if you don't believe
in him, if you don't believe he has that
attribute, then he doesn't display it.
Why? Because he acts according to your
belief. That's measure for measure.
That's called midadin, justice. So here
they are saying that God can't overcome
these giants, right? and you want me to
protect you which is an exact opposite
of what you're saying. No, I cannot
display that
because you don't believe in it.
So that's why and the Jewish people
mourned that night because of what the
moragum all the Jews except
and Yeshu they mourned that night
because well that's the end of Israel
then how can I display the
guarantee that I can keep you guys
existing forever
you don't believe in it I can't do it
not because I can't because I won't
because you don't believe in it. That's
why God can say as far as I see that's
why God can say no I will destroy them
now I it's incredible how he's got to
come up with an answer for this right
and he's our lawyer at that moment in
time he's our lawyer standing between us
and God and God has a very good time you
don't believe in it I don't do it
know we're the ones who destroyed his
ability because we don't believe he can
do it.
So Moshuenu came up with a brilliant
Tina. It's amazing how he came up with
this right on the spot. What did they
Jews say? So God said I'm going to
destroy them. Why? Because they said I
can't take them in Israel. I can't defy
or I cannot conquer
uh these uh giants and so on. Right?
So in other words, I'm limited. I am
limited my powers. That's what the Jews
are saying. Well, if that's the case,
then I'm limited and that's it.
So Moshu Raenu said, "If you destroy
them,
not only do the Jews say that, you will
actually be vindicating and certifying
that that what they said is true,
that you don't have the power to bring
him in." Why? Because the nations will
say, "Well, why did God kill his people?
He brought him out of Egypt with all
those miracles, 10 plagues, and so on,
right? He brought him out of Egypt. Why?
Because he doesn't have the ability to
bring him into Israel. They will
actually agree with the Jews. So you
will be giving a voice to mankind to
deny your power, your omnipotence.
That doesn't make sense. You will
actually be certifying the Tina of the
Jews to the nations of the entire world.
What a brilliant statement that Mosenu
said about the
other words. Why? Why? Why do you want
to do that? The truth is you don't
really have to listen. You don't have to
care what the nations will say. But it
makes a lot of sense. You don't want to
certify what they say to the nations of
the world because you're making
on yourself to the nations of the world.
And God said, "You got a point.
So I will forgive them." Because he had
no choice because there was nobody else
to take it over. You see? So Moshu
Rabenu with his brilliant Tina
saved the Jews again. I mean, this is
the man to hire as a lawyer. There's no
question about that, you know. But what
is so interesting is that it shows you
how much he loved the Jewish people that
he was willing to forgo eternity.
I mean, you have any idea what it means
that you say, "Erase me from your
safety." You have any idea what that
even means?
The Torah is eternal. That means Mosh
Rabenu's name is eternal. It will never
be forgotten in all time.
as the greatest one of the greatest Jews
or the mo one of the most successful
Jews that ever lived. And he's willing
to erase that. I mean, talk about a a
statement, a claim of greatness and
popularity, whatever, and so on and
renown. And he was willing to give it up
for what?
and an incredible position for the
Jewish people cuz he realized the prize
of God is not Mosha it is the Jewish
people and if they don't exist then what
is my point of being here and so on and
Mosha was able was willing to relinquish
that whole idea
it's interesting that tanhog
is on display, you know, and it's
threatened for the second time and so
on, you know, but I'm hoping I'm sure
I'm I'm sure that uh this
there's no more threat and the proof is
it's 4,000 years later or it's 3,300
years since Mueno and guess what? How
many pgrams, expulsions,
inquisitions,
right? Holocaust. How much of that have
we gone through? Persecutions,
3,300 years worth of that. And we're
still around. In fact, we're around
longer than anybody else. And we're the
only nation of antiquity.
So therefore obviously
is well and thriving that's obviously so
we have to thank God that nothing has
damaged that and so on you know
so this is the concept of the anhog
so you now understand
three anhogas
of
and what he does and some of the
fascinating history
of these patterns or these categories or
these acts of God, some of their
history, some of their depth, what they
are and how important they are to
creation.
We see history
as it proceeds.
The truth is
I want to move further in history and so
on
to explain two very a very important
idea.
[clears throat and cough]
You shouldn't think that God
wants only for the Jews. No, once the
goyam nations exist,
then they have God has hanhog to them
too.
He also relates to non-Jews.
He relates to the concept of nations.
And what the obviously wanted, he wanted
the Jews, most people are not aware of
this. He wanted the Jews not only to
observe the mitzvah, to observe the
Torah and so on, but to be a model of
righteousness to the goyam. It's been
said many times, I know Rashim Hersh
refers to this many times that we are a
light unto the nations. And it's true
the BA wants the Jews to be a light to
the nations cuz he's not only concerned
about the Jews although that's his
primary concern because they do the
deacon but he's also concerned with the
behavior of the because he also
wants them to exist because they are his
nroy they are his creations you know
it's not that they completely exist for
the Jewish people or that's their real
reason. That's their primary reason. But
once they exist, he wants them to be
righteous and that is why he
made the seven laws, seven no laws. If
he wasn't interested in the nations of
the world, why would he make laws from
the Goyam? Let them originate their own
laws. No, he made the seven no laws
because he wants a measure, not 613, but
he wants a measure of righteousness
by the Gentiles, Gentiles also. They
don't understand that.
But a key concept of the Gentiles, the
seven Nokai laws, is they have to do it
not because these are the laws of
civilizations,
but because God wants them to believe in
God and they reason why they observe the
seven Noite laws is because God
commanded them and that's it. If they do
that, they are considered righteous. And
if they are considered righteous, they
will get the future world also. Not in
the same measure obviously as the Jews,
but they will get the future world. But
let me tell you something. The smallest
amount of the future world is infinitely
greater than the whole six, seven,
whatever six, 5,000 years of haz.
So let's not minimize what Haba is even
at the lowest level. But he wants
non-Jews also to have a future.
But there was a problem.
God wants the Jews to be a model for the
Goyam. And as history went on, they were
not a model. Especially
when with the destruction of the second
temple,
God destroyed the second temple which I
mentioned in the first year.
The what? He destroyed this temple
because of what? Because of sin
and lush and horror. That's a bad sin.
Why? Because it's not only that lushh
horror destroys
you know uh the can destroy the
reputation or physically monetarily or
whatever another person what it destroys
is the unity of the Jewish people and
the unity of the Jewish people is
critical
is paramount to God.
So God decided that they can no longer
be a model, a proper model that is to
the nations of the world.
So therefore he decided and only he can
decide that that he's going to appoint
another nation in some manner.
Actually it's another religion because a
nation is one thing. A religion can be
kept by many nations.
And what I'm about to tell you is what
the Rambam says, right? No less arician
than the Rambam says this. The Mishna
that he appointed Christianity, right?
This is amazing because when you think
about it, what are the odds that some
guy that was killed, crucified by the
Romans for being a rebel
of by the Jews, king of the Jews,
because he declared himself king of the
Jews and so on. That's why he was
killed. He was killed by the Romans, not
the Jews, because he declared himself to
be king of the Jews. And believe me, the
Romans were very careful about any kind
of rebel against their empire. That's
why he was killed by Pontius Pilot and
so on. You know, [clears throat]
what are the odds that a man who was
crucified as a criminal by Rome should
now have a religion or followers of two
billion people. There are no odds. But
the Burian wanted another religion
away from paganism
because paganism we know what it is.
It's a multiplicity of deities which is
further from the truth is a desor. So he
wanted a religion that would be more
truthful not that it's the complete
truth which it's not. This concept of
the trinity is a tremendous
desecration of the name of God without
getting into the whole idea because God
says obviously here O Israel the Lord
our God lord is one they come along and
say well he's really one in three parts
I mean we talk about confusion and talk
about nonsense and by the way most
people do not know just tell you this
most Christians do not know that there
is no concept of trinity in their New
Testament doesn't exist
and where they got it from whatever but
there is no such thing as the trinity in
the new testament so how they could
believe that as some type of a divine
message is astonishing but any case
without getting into that so
Christianity really should have been a
religion where you have Yeshu and you
have the
this concept of the triny is what's
called a pagan after effect because
Christianity what it really is is
paganism with a Jewish veneer. That's
really what it is.
So I don't want to get into Christianity
and so on but it's really paganism a
multiplicity of deities
and but it has a Jewish window dressing
you know because they have so many
Jewish ideas in Christianity and without
the Torah there would be no Christianity
and that's why they always seek proofs
of their deity in the Torah which of
course is false completely defaults. But
any case, without getting into
Christianity and so on, so therefore, he
chose this man who was Jewish. If God's
going to choose anybody other than
Judaism, who's he going to choose? He's
going to choose a Jew
and so on. So that's what he chose. And
he elevated miraculously
a criminal of Rome to be a deity of two
billion people. And it's interesting
what they introduced. If you really
think about that, paganism doesn't have
an end.
Paganism not only doesn't have an end,
but it has no real, it has many deities.
It does not have a messiah.
They don't believe in Messiah. It's all
gods or demiggods or whatever they call
them and so on. Right? Not only that, it
doesn't even really have an
accountability,
you know, where you are held accountable
for your actions and so on. Doesn't have
that. It doesn't have really an
afterworld.
Once you're dead, you're dead and it's
over with and so on. You know,
it doesn't have many, many things and so
on.
Christianity has all that. So it's
interesting
that even though they have paganistic ar
origins all their holidays are basically
paganisting paganistic and so on you
know and whether it be Easter or
Christmas or whatever their holidays are
pagan origin they're all Roman origin
and so on without getting into them but
they all believe that there is an end
there is a messiah which they they
consider of course Yeshu There is an
accountability
and so on. There is a gahum and there's
a deity although they say there three
which is nowhere in the new testament
and so on which is inconceivable
if according to them it was true
Christianity has an afterworld and so on
right you know so the ram uses
Christianity
to promote these ideas which were absent
in paganism
right Why? Because he is concerned with
the goyam. He is concerned with them. He
wants them to observe the noide laws
and get some form of
right. So the Jews were supposed to be
that. But how the lush and horror sin
they hate each other and so on to such
an extent where God had to destroy the
basikdash.
So therefore,
Christianity has served as a model. And
what we see interesting is not only that
it survived as a major religion of the
world, right? But that they became
missionaries,
right? They went around the entire
world. Many religions are not
missionaries at all. Either believe them
or not. They're they're local and so on,
you know. But they actually went around
the world trying to make people into
Christians whether it be Asia or Africa
or any other continents and so on. Why?
Because that's their tough kid, right?
Is to bring somewhat of a nuna that
makes sense which is closer to Judaism
in that sense. You know, like I say, the
concept of accountability, judgment, a
judgment day, the concept of a messiah,
the concept of a an end and so on, a one
or a deity basically that's one and so
on and so on. And the concept of an
imam, he wants that. So he invested in
them a spirit of going around the world.
And that's what they did. They've been
all over the world trying to missionize
the goyam. Now we begin to understand
what is making sense here. But of course
the chose a Jew because only a Jew can
represent a real a real religion in that
sense or to be a missionary for a
religion. But there was a big problem.
Why?
Because Christianity always has a
feeling of guilt or a feeling of
inferiority.
Cuz why don't they Jews accept them and
the Jews reject them from the beginning?
They rejected them without getting into
why in obviously it's all false. No
proof. There's not a shred of evidence
that anything he said was true except
probably said he was Jewish. So that was
true. uh so what is the point of all of
this and so on you know
so they have this sense of inferiority
when they gets to the Jews and by the
way that's one of the origins of
anti-semitism
because there's a deep sense of
inferiority that the Jews have never
accepted them and the Jews are the root
of Christianity it's obvious they even
recognize that that's why they always
trying to bring proofs from the Torah of
the existence of the validation of their
guy and so on. So as a result of their
inferiority,
they got to convince themselves that the
Jews are wrong and they're right. So
guess what? What do they resort to? Kill
the Jews.
This is the problem. So it's very bad.
There's the Jewish people and there's a
Christianity. But Christianity is far
more because the wants it to go
to go around the world. So they're going
to kill all the Jews out. So the cannot
allow that.
So what does he do? Well, you see what
the kavana originally was. He wants the
world to begin to observe the seven no
laws because he wants them to have an
eternal existence and so on because
they're also his creations and so on and
once you're his creation and he gives
you a task and if you are righteous then
you deserve
and so on. So what does he do? says I
got to create another religion
right that's also
MS much greater in relative but it
doesn't exist now you see and they will
fight the Christians and the Jews will
escape so when it gets too big in one
religion he'll create another religion
and they'll go there that land so what
religion does he create Islam
500 years later or less, he creates a
religion and he designates a guy
Muhammad
to found another religion. What are the
odds? Where in in Arabia, right? In 7th
century Arabia.
And who is Arabia? Yeshua. Another Jew,
right? Only Jews can create religions
apparently. Nobody else is really
successful except maybe if you look at
Buddha. But that has a whole medish of
Afrou the uh the sons of Aroma of Venu
went to the east. That's the whole
medish and they influence
and so on. But in any case, so you have
what do you have? Islam.
Islam that really does believe in one
God although not really people don't
understand that their their god which
they call Allah is really was really the
moon god and they elevated that god to
be the god Allah is not the believe me
and so on I don't want to get into that
and so on but Allah is really the moon
god that they elevated just take a look
at any of the historical accounts
of Islam forming and so on. But the main
idea
is that it is only one God. What they
changed wasn't the deity, which is what
Christianity changed. They elevated
their their guy into a deity, which of
course is Sheha. But at least they
didn't elevate Muhammad into a deity.
They just elevated him into the greatest
of all prophets, which less of a less of
a problem than Christianity did. But in
any case, all of a sudden, Christianity
and not Christianity, Islam took off,
right? Muhammad is born in 570.
You see a little more than 500 years
after Christianity and all of a sudden
within what is it 60 70 80 years becomes
a world religion where in the Middle
East not in Europe and what was
interesting is that they fought each
other. It's legends the wars that
Christianity had that Christians have
with Islam. I mean the whole crusades
was basically the war between
Christianity and Islam and so on. And
therefore the mushroom created another
religion which in certain in ways is
much more truthful. There is only one
God and that's what they recognize. But
of course what do they do? They also
kill the Jews because whoever becomes a
world religion their gut feeling is that
the Jews are right because everybody
gets the gut feeling that the terror is
true is MS right and they're jealous
and [clears throat] in many ways that
becomes the origin of anti-semitism.
So we see two major religions which
dominate the world. You see because
between them both they got four billion
people which is more than half the earth
or right now it is half the earth and so
on [clears throat]
and so on that the in some way helped
to achieve some sense of uh correct
behavior and so on. You know,
in any case, we're getting close to the
end of time and I have one I have
another hugger to complete, which is the
Anhuga of the Kates
and I don't have the time to go into it
now, but I will go into it next the next
time and that is a full discussion
on what is the concern of the
especially at the end of time and
there's something that you will realize
which is in many ways shocking that
there are three Messiahs
Shikh Bened
and there's a Messiah which is mentioned
in the Zoya and it's also mentioned
certainly in the Ram called the Mashiach
Benon right and the Rya the proof of
that is Yakov
we actually refer refers to the Msiah
Ben except he doesn't call him that
although that's really what it is and
I'm referring to Shimshine but there's a
whole history why do you need a third
Messiah and what is it about what's the
purpose and so on and not only that what
is the concerns of the rail in the end
of time that he has to take care of
historically and environmentally
And we are going to see that everything
you see today is really addressing
a concern that the is taking care of
right before Messiah at the end of time.
So I think you'll really find it
fascinating because you're going to see
how it really uh interacts with the 21st
century what's going on and why.
There is one thing I wanted to mention
because everybody's always interested in
current events. So I figured there's one
thing I I would mention.
Trump has to be very careful.
Very careful. Why?
Because if you defy God, if you are
chosen for a mission, then God will
interact with you and remove you from
that privilege.
Where do we see that? Shaw, King Shaw,
Hamelik,
he made a terrible mistake. There are
several mistakes that Shaw made. Okay.
The worst one was
that he failed to kill Aog.
He failed. Shulan Noi told them the
wants you. He's going to give you the
ability and the power to kill a mole. I
want you to wipe them out. This is a
command of God given to him by Anovi.
Shmulhanovi.
So he was commanded by the Rabonam to do
that. Did he kill Aog? No, he did kill
the Amalachites,
but he didn't kill the king. And the
king lived for one day or whatever.
And he had a woman with him and they had
a kid and from that came Hmon.
If it wouldn't have been for that then
Shaw would have been king and would have
had descendants which were king. Why?
Who is Shaw? Shaw was Mashiach Bisf
is from Binyam Beno.
So that's who Shaw really was. But
because Sha Hamel was a murder sadic
that we see failed to do what he should
have done which is at civo a command of
God then God deposed him from his mus
you have to be careful when you're in
that kind of position you have to be
very careful in terms of what you do now
I personally believe that Trump was
saved from bullet Pennsylvania to take
out Ishmael in the form of Iran because
that's the last real cleoer
or terror agent of Yeshu against the
Jewish people and I believe that the
Russian wants them gone
and he basically saved Trump to do the
job and he gave him the power he gave
from the power. Trump, like I once said,
is not the president of the United
States. He's the emperor of Western
civilization
because everybody regards him as the
strongest and greatest voice in the
world.
Everybody cowers in a certain sense in
front of Trump because the reabonam gave
them the power almost not of a messiah
obviously not but he gave them the power
and the recognition of a supreme leader
and so on and not only that but he's got
both houses of Congress gave him
tremendous power and recognition
and success
because he has allowed him to elevate
America tremendously economically,
militarily
and so on.
So what he wants him a fundamental
mission of Trump is to destroy Iran and
I've spoken about this [clears throat]
extensively in previous shurum under
that title of Trump and so on know but
without getting into it and I mentioned
why I believe he's not doing it he's
dillydallying
he's not doing it making a tremendous
mistake because he doesn't understand. I
mean, people look at him like there's
something wrong with him, like he's a
fool. Cuz everybody knows what Iran is.
They've been fooling people for 47
years. Everybody knows you can't trust
them. They will never repent. They
couldn't care less about human life.
They just killed at least 50 or 60,000
people and they kill people every day.
This is what the repercussions is of
allowing Trump to live. So what is he
doing
really? He's violating
the com the wish of God and that's why
God saved him which was a nest niglo
which is an open miracle that he himself
admits.
So what does he think? Why does he think
God saved him to make America rich? It's
nonsense.
God is not concerned with America. He's
concerned with the entire planet.
And he doesn't understand when you see
evil, real evil, these guys will put,
the Iranians will put a bullet in your
head quicker than anything. And he's not
destroying them. He's allowing Iran to
kill
Iranians and their proxies of Hezbollah
and the Houthis and Kamas. Every day
they kill people.
So why are you letting them live? They
should have died a long time ago. But
you're playing around because you want
an agreement. You think that they're
going to give you their uranium? Of
course not. Because without the uranium,
they're nobody. In fact, they're all
sitting there trying to build a bomb so
they can threaten Europe and stop
America because that's the only way they
can recoup their reputation as being
formidable cuz they're basically
finished. So what do you want? You want
to negotiate with them? You don't
negotiate with Hitler, do you? Are you
going to trust Hitler?
And therefore I believe he's making a
tremendous mistake. And I hope that the
bosam in a certain sense has rahim on
him because he's been threatened by his
life six times which I think beats the
odds of any president. He's already been
threatened and we don't know what God is
going to do. But God wants him to take
out Iran. And when I say wants him to
take out Iran, to end them, to destroy
the IRGC,
and to take away this evil.
Thank you.
I wanted to inform the am the public,
the audience,
uh that uh a certain milestone has been
achieved. The destruction of the basdus
happened because of a single sin that
transpired.
I'm not going to go into the elaboration
of this but we know the sin is the
concept of or the sin of Russian horror
harmful speech. Now many years ago uh
actually in 1988 it's a long time ago I
gave a shar describing
the pinemius which means the internal
idea or principle of why lushian horror
speaking harmful uh speech is so
devastating how it destroyed the bas
mikdash why it doesn't bring the msiach
And I explained that and this of course
is all based on what the says. Uh in any
case uh I have tried many times to
transcribe the shar and actually print
it because there are people that would
like to see it in print and read it.
Well, it's finally been accomplished.
Um Felheim has graciously accepted the
uh opportunity
to work on the shear
and to print a transcript of the shear
itself. And they've done really a
beautiful job, excellent job. And what
I've tried to do also is procure a lot
of actually what I what you will
consider gle
signed on as endorsements for this shar
you know they read the transcript
uh certainly they saw the transcript and
so on and they agreed wholeheartedly
uh that people should acquire the
transcript in print and to that end like
I said Felheim has agreed and done a
beautiful job publishing this transcript
of that share it has now been uh brought
to [clears throat] the United States and
it's going to be distributed in the
swarm stores uh before Shivamas
uh I would urge everybody to try to
secure a an addition of this uh shear
because it will be lifechanging. I
guarantee you that because I don't go
into the muser which means you know uh
the fact that you should not speak lash
and as a meda as a good attribute and so
on. But what the she is really all about
is when you speak lush and horror,
detrimental derogatory speech, what
happens according to the divine plan?
What happens to your muzzle? That is the
question. What is h what happens to your
good fortune and so on and the good
fortune of your family? and it goes into
extensively
what the mechanics what the dynamics are
of the occurrences that happen and it's
all explained in the book. So in order
to acquaint yourself with it and to
prepare yourself for what is the what is
the concept of shre
and if you avoid speaking on what
happens and so on all of this will be
explained in this book that just came
out by felheim. So I want to inform the
public that it is now available in
print. You can buy it in the swarm
stores. Uh, and I would certainly urge
everybody to get a copy. It's not
expensive, but it's very comprehensive
to read all about the major movement or
dynamic of what caused the the
destruction of the Ban Mikdash. What
prevents the Basan Mikdes from being
built?
Okay. why the redemption doesn't happen,
why are we still in Gulus? It will
explain all of this in this particular
book.
I have titled the book um the true power
of speech, the key to both worlds. And
the reason for that is because I think
it's an accurate description
that really brings forward the message
of the importance of Shmre Salos. The
true power of speech means it actually
has a power a very strong
effect when you speak Lashinhara and if
you avoid speaking lashhara
it actually brings forth severe
repercussions either way on this
behavior speaking or not speaking and
when I say the key to both worlds it's
not only that it will bring you peace
and harmony and goodwill in this world
when you don't speak lush and har but
it's the key to yes you'll actually
understand why it is the key to
right and I'm sure everybody wants to be
inhaba
the future world of your family
and your community and of course the
entire Jewish people. So therefore I
call it the key to both worlds. So there
you are. That's the title, the true
power of speech and the key to both
worlds. Read it and you'll see exactly
why these titles are so appropriate. So
again, I would urge everybody to get a
copy, read it, and I guarantee you,
that's right, I guarantee you that if
you do that, it will profoundly affect
your life and the life of your family.
Right.
uh and it will bring you tremendous
merit
in the fact that you have read it,
understood it and actually put into
practice the concept of Shm Saloshan of
being very careful about not defaming in
any way uh another person certainly
another Jew and what it will add to the
masle the good fortune of your family.
And uh when you do buy the book, you
will see exactly that it's probably one
of the best investments
that you've ever made.
Thank you.
