How does Hashem judge the direction of a person’s life? Is fixing individual actions enough if the root remains unchanged? And if someone has spent years going down the wrong road, does that road have to determine where they eventually end up? This fascinating Torah class explores judgment, character, teshuva, Torah learning and one of the most hopeful principles we can carry into the new year. Because where someone is today may not tell you who they can become tomorrow. He started his Yeshiva education at Magen David Yeshiva, which was founded by the Rabbi’s great uncle, the esteemed Mr. Isaac Shalom A"H. There he studied Torah and absorbed the richness of our heritage from noted Rabbis such as Rabbi David Bitton A"H, and Rabbi Moshe Greenes A”H. However, the figure who had the most significant impact on the Rabbi’s development was Rabbi Baruch ben Haim A"H. Rabbi Mansour continued his education as one of the founding students of Yeshivat Shaare Torah High School, where he was guided by his Rosh Yeshivah, Rabbi Hillel Haber. After graduating from Shaare Torah, he studied at Jeursalem’s Mercaz Hatorah, and then in Beth Medrash Gavoha in Lakewood, New Jersey. – The Mitzvah That Never Happened – Who Is the Rebellious Son? – Why Such an Extreme Punishment? – The Rosh Hashanah Contradiction – Are We Judged for the Future? – The High Holiday Mistake We Make – Rosh Hashanah Is About Your Direction – Wait—Did This Case Actually Happen? – Can a Person’s Future Really Be Predicted? – The Building Blocks of Creation – Don’t Give Up on a Child – The Real Meaning of the Grave – We Don’t Give Up Hope on Anyone – How Torah Changes a Person #RoshHashanah #Teshuva #Torah #Judaism #JewishWisdom #HighHolidays #YomKippur #JewishNewYear #Talmud #PersonalGrowth #Middot #JewishInspiration #Hashem #SecondChances #TorahLearning
