Rifkin's Oberman rifki zu Berman was a young lady got married and for many years she was charged 'less and she was advised that since where she saw all her friends having children raising little families and here she was in this empty house waiting for the sounds of laughter and joy in the house and there's no child said he just like she decided she's going to dedicate herself to another Mitzvah to the mitzvah of bhikkhu hollom the Mitzvah of visiting the sick and so she was she joined an organization and she was assigned some sick people and she would spend her days comforting helping assisting the sick she came once into the hospital and she was assigned to a certain Jewish lady in this hospital award in New York and she came in there and she walked into this bear room there was no flowers and there was no pictures decorating which was the case in many of the wards and she walked up to the lady and she saw an old lady very bitter she was sick which was very very bitter at first she refused to respond and rifki decided i'm gonna try and see if I can help her and she said patiently next to her and she spoke and she prayed and she said Psalms to heal him next to her bed and the woman refused to respond the woman refused to communicate but rifka didn't give up she came every day and she sat there and she held her hand and spoke to this lady who wasn't responding to her she was awake and she was alert but she was bitter and she refused to respond one day she started talking and she said I see you really mean it I see you very kind I've had a very tough life I've had a lot of pain and suffering in my life and I am bitter I'm angry and I'm bitter but I see you've restored my confidence in mankind to such a special person and from that day on it was an absolute pleasure rifka would arrive every day she would sit with her they would communicate they would share and she really had this lady blossom and she came out of herself and this went on for several years where she visited this lady in this timeless hospital until she her health started deteriorating with age and one day she walked in and she said rifka I feel my end is near but I can't thank you enough I see your plight I see through the smile that you have that you've got a sadness because you have no children I'm going to a better place I'm going to the heavens I'm going to beseech in the heavens I'm gonna beseech your case I'm gonna beg and plead and I will not give up and to you are granted a child and she passed away the next day within a few days rifki fell pregnant and she had a baby and this baby said the Baba forever is the baby who have been asked to be a son back for I feel it's a special case because here was a woman who plied unconditional cressid loving kindness upon a sad lady restored restored her life to her made her the last few years on this world meaningful and for this she was granted a child this is a special case and therefore I want to be part of this great Mitzvah everything we do in life is rewarded no act of kindness goes unrewarded sometimes we see instant retribution sometimes we see instant gratification from a good deed one dance it takes time sometimes it's immediate sometimes it's later but Hashem sees God sees our actions and your rewards and kind [Music] [Applause]
