Hearing Cancelled Due To Broken Mic In Township

[Music] Ric because I cannot I cannot if you want to speak and I try to write it down people in the back will not be able to hear what you're saying I'll go home and get my recorder it's not a question of your recorder it's a question is no microphone's working we can hear you uh so I will tell I will tell you this I unfortunate we have no other alter to do this so we're going to continue our regular toship meeting which you can certainly sit through because that doesn't have to be recorded by law but this particular hearing must be recorded we're going to have to re advertise it and as I said based on the large turnout you have to have it in a larger uh menu venue to be at the at the school please forgive usow certainly not planned we found out about it as soon as we did we technical people in it seems the court was having problems with it all day and never told anybody it was certainly not Our intention we wrote all our professionals down we called our meeting go we had all intention of having the meeting here at at 5:00 and it certainly doesn't behoove us at all to transfer to another date it is going to be our next regular meeting it will be on October 29th hopefully it will be at the Str that not you will see which school that allows to have it you will advertise newspaper you will know and then for you all be able to see it you'll all be able to be heard and we'll do that meeting early also to make sure you all have your your voice nothing is done intentionally nothing intentionally we're going to do our regular meeting because by state law we do not have to record a regular meeting we can take notes whereas the hearing must be recorded for bettim that's the difference we can hand write General notes when we speak here if I'm doing a hearing I must have your exact comments because the state wants to hear what you have to say it's very important we want to he what you have to say I telling you also the public wants to he what you have to say so it's certainly not done we apologize unfortunately this is something that happened not anything we knew about had we known about it this morning this afternoon we would have fixed it this is an embarrassment we know it's inconvenient for you we realize you're taking time out of your busy schedule to be here we diffusely apologize please stay for our regular meeting we will try to speak as loud as we can we're going to have a brief presentation from New Jersey transit to discuss with their a do to discuss what they're planning for rout n be able to listen to that we ask present lab can and again when people come up to speak about about comments open comments please try to be quiet so we can try to hear the best cannot be in the aisles because it's against the fire regulations and they'll close the building down so what i' ask you to please do is please stay for the meeting that those people that do not have seats you're going to have to walk outside and come back in when there's a seat you cannot sit hearing will not be held on this issue will be held on 1029 we'll let you know what where be either be at the Grand Theater or hopefully be most comped or one of the schools we perhaps have it an hour later so we don't have SP here through dinner that that is absolutely you resp no I'm agreeing with if if you like it an hour later be ABS no problem we we by the way scheduled at 5:00 because we felt that here in go LE 4 hours we didn't want people going home at 10 or 11:00 at time that's why we did it at 5:00 but if you said to me it would make more sense to have it at 6:00 it absolutely is no problem we're going to be here we're going to be here anyway not a problem so that's not a problem at all but again you'll have to see whether it's at a Strand Theater if it's vac get the Strand Theater
