so the Raba makes a fascinating point he says a person who glorifies Health as an ant is morally no better than a glutton who glorifies food as an an see we tend that's look we we look at the Glutton as oh the guy disgusting has no discipline and we look at the health fanatic as someone who is you know a good person because he takes care of himself Rob said you know there's food addiction and there's exercise addiction he says what one is not morally better than the other but what makes taking care of your health important and this important is not it keeps me healthy but it gives me greater opportunity to live a meaningful life
