Healing From Abuse_ My Story & Finding Strength

Friends, they don't even realize the impact that I made on my life until today sometimes. For an example, I have a very hard time, even though this is for me comfortable, but speaking in a public and mentioning when the when I open myself to my clients in a class, they can't believe it. In a class, I take it over. I did a bone oiling thing. Yeah. Yeah. I feel like I went through sexual abuse. I went through like physical abuse. A lot of stuff that I went through as a child and as a bucha and like manipulation abuse, narcissistic abuse. All of that. I've never shared that with people. I've never seen a reason to share, but the more I share, the more people open up to me. And the more it gives me highs in life and the more it gives me a purpose to help people. Yeah.
