Have you downloaded the OU Guide to Pesach yet?

If you don't have one of these, I recommend you  pick one up at your local shul, supermarket,   or wherever fine purveyors of Judaica  may have copies of the OU's Guide to   Pesach. If you can't find a hard copy, you can  download it at www.OUpassover.org. And this has   all the information that you need to make a  Chag Kasher V'Sameach. Sizing Up the Seder,   what are the shirim that you need? Including  a chart that you can use to make sure that   you have the proper shir kezayit or kebeiya. How  to do kashering, including step-by-step guides.   It breaks down everything by the appliance  type to tell you how you need to kasher it.   Most importantly, is the OU's consumer guide,  which is in the back half of the OU Guide to   Pesach. This includes the yellow products, which  are acceptable for Pesach when bearing the plain   OU without an OU-P symbol. We have the green  pages, which are Passover certified products,   which are products that are Kosher for Pesach  certified by OU, but require the OU-P. We have the   OU Kitniyot products for our Sephardic brethren  out there. We also have Matzah Shira products,   our infant formula, nutritional and dietary  supplements listing.
