Hashem Handles Business—Don't meddle

I used to be very involved in real estate I used to sit there and sleep there for days figured that the more I'm there the better it is then I moved to then the shear started and then I used to shmoo with my partner and the whole thing he told me like oh there's amazing property in Cleveland when you buy property you have a whole checklist this is needs to be replaced and this needs to be replaced after we bought the property calls me he says listen we have a major PR we can't get insurance on the property because the wiring is the old style wiring and it's very bad for fires and all that and then these guys they don't want to give insurance so we have to replace the wiring it cost hundreds of thousands of dollars like V what you did do diligence right yeah so you didn't check the wiring I didn't know like the first thing I would do is the wiring I realized afterwards if I was in Chicago it wouldn't have been a deal because my partner did it and he wasn't so good about the electric that's why we bought him and after that we're able to flip it for a nice amount jaru is the one in charge you think that you know he knows better he can get you money even if you don't try to make you stus I guess but don't meddle with his business with a d very good okay
