Happy New Year in Mid September?

People are starting to say happy new year in the middle of September. Let me explain. The western calendar [music] count on the sun. Muslim calendar on the moon. But the ancient Hebrew calendar found on the moon [music] and the sun. The days by the sun. When the sun goes down is the end of a day and beginning of a new day. Yes, [music] the day start in the evening and the month by the moon. In the Bible, every month when the moon started to disappear, people started to [music] look for the first piece of the moon to know that this is the beginning of the month. If someone saw it, he used to travel to Jerusalem as fast as he can to tell the kingdom that he saw the moon [music] and this is the beginning of a new month. Till today in Israel, we are counting the month with the moon. [music] We don't need to wait to see it because we know how to calculate it. That's why sometime the new Hebrew year starts in September, sometimes [music] in October, in a different days in the western calendar.
