Ellie, tell us about your new amazing service you have to offer for your clients. >> Welcome to Frame. Come on in. >> So this is our new location in Jackson. We've been open about 3 years. Beautiful, beautiful location. River Avenue. We're open in total about 10 years of business. So, >> they're still nice to have you. >> Yeah. Great. >> All right. So, tell us about your your new service you have to offer. >> So, Burksham, we're a busy location. Both locations get pretty busy and people don't have time necessarily to come middle of the day or the store can be busy and if they need more attention I offer private appointments a 45minut slot in the store at night after hours in the morning before we open I can come down to your house I'll come down to your office you could have a few employees you could have two kids could be a mother and a father it's hard to come in together and they want their spouse to see what the glasses look like so I come down to you or you come down to me you You get a private experience. >> Wow. So in in in Cartson in short, anybody that's busy during the day and wants to have a private appointment, doesn't want have to be together with other customers, >> give me a call. >> You close the store after hours. >> Close the store after hours >> or before you open >> or before we open. >> Hours are from 11 till >> 11 to 7. >> So or before 11:00 or after 7:00, >> you have a private appointment >> and you have your slot or >> or I come to you. >> Wow. So, basically, you can stay home, you come down to your house. So, how does it work if let's say somebody calls you down to to his house? I come down with the mirror, put the glasses, >> measuring tools. >> And the way how it works is I would have a conversation before, ask you, "What price range do you have in mind?" Ask you for your prescription, maybe a picture, so I get an idea of what you're looking for. Then I come down with about 300 pairs of glasses. If you need a wider selection, you can come into the store. After hours in the store, private, you get the whole experience. We have anywhere from $30 up to $3,000. >> $30 a pair of glasses. >> $30 for a frame plus the lenses. $3,000. Everything in between. >> This is a beautiful $3,000 pair of glasses. This is a $3,000 pair of glasses. >> $3,000. >> Wow. Why? >> So, these are made out of 6 mm titanium. They're made in Japan. The Japanese have a higher level of manufacturing. And it's 24 karat goldplated. She >> Okay. Okay. And this is the this whole row is the $30 ones >> here. >> It's good for a spare or even for the original glasses. >> Yeah, for the original glasses. For a spare, you wear it only at night in bed. You wear it just for chakras. We call it chakras glasses. You need a pair of shakers glasses. This is the way to go. You don't have to worry about it. You could lose it. Leave it in your talis bag. >> By the way, do you do you take insurance? >> We could take insurance for the glasses. The doctors don't take insurance. Oh, you have a doctor's also on >> a doctor here in the location and I could bring the doctor to your house for an eye exam at night or you can come into the store at night for an eye exam. It's a premium price. It's worth it if you don't have time to come middle of the day. People are busy. They work. >> They're busy working. They're busy doing this. >> You know, there's a big need in Lakewood for eye doctor. Big need. So, I have a amazing doctor, Dr. Rao. She's a doctor for over 30 years. She's in our Jackson location a couple times a week and she's willing to come down to your house with me at night in the morning. Come to the store. >> This is insane. >> Yeah, >> you saw my status. I mean, it was very hard for him. What's the story? Like, well, how? >> So, generally, we can do same day depending on the prescription. We can do same day. You come in in the morning, we'll have a glasses ready. Sometimes even in an hour. >> Wow. >> Yeah. We can do it on the spot. >> You do everything in the back like you know, >> we have a lab in the back. We do it on site. If it's a custom lens, we have to order. It may take some time, but a basic regular pair of glasses for a kid. Same day service. >> Cavali. All right.
