So, Jack, can you tell us what made you think of opening another location? I know you have a location in the Cedar Bridge. [Music] Our customers are very loyal and want to eat healthy every single day. So, we have a lot of our customers that live in the area over there that come daily, but our Jackson and Howell clientele always complaining to us that they don't want to drive 20 minutes, 30 minutes during their lunch hour. So, we uh we heard we heard their uh their opinion and we said, "Let's open something a little bit closer for them so we could uh convenience them with the healthy food closer to home." Gavaldi, by the way, guys, the grand opening date is >> Monday, January 12th, tomorrow morning at 9:00 a.m. >> morning. So, the fridges are empty because Juice by Julie only makes everything every day fresh on the spot. By the way, I want to ask you the question. I don't know. I don't remember the answer. What's your most popular item that people love by Juice by Julie? >> Our kale salads are our best item right now for our grand opening. We are not going to have them. >> Oh, why? >> Because there's a lot of infestation in kale right now. It's almost impossible to clean, but we have our people on it every day looking and looking. But we'll never serve anything under the highest form of >> What's the substitute for kale? So we have bar and we have a lot of other salads. We just came out with a new salmon teriyaki bowl with rice, string beans, things that don't involve lettuce as much. So uh but we have probably another 30 options other than that. And sometimes we'll replace our kale with our spring mixtures to give our customer another healthy option.
