Grand Opening, & Kevias mezuza of pediatric Affiliates new Jackson office & the new Grand Café

Guys, there's something very exciting happening over here in Jackson. There's some grand openings today. Dr. Shannik just opened up their ninth location. There's a cafe just opened up and there's some other new tenants over here. Here we have Morty Bernston. It's a vice president of the Jackson Township Council. Morty, what's happening over here? >> So over here, this is a prime location here in Jackson, the big intersection intersection of Cooks Bridge and Bennett Mill, which is a big location that a lot of people in Jackson pass by. There's a building here that's under new management that it's bringing in some new exciting things for our growing Kahila in the greater Jackson. So F, if you come inside, you'll see there's ice cream for the kids today. There's balloon making and there's some other exciting freebies here just to make everyone feel excited for the new building. Wow. First of all, check out this place. This is beautiful. Look at all the steps. Far looks like there's two floors to a basement. Looks like an airport. Okay, guys. You ready for this new cafe? It's called Grand Cafe. And look what they have over here. All delicious stuff for breakfast, lunch. They have bagels, cream cheese bagels, tuna bagels, wraps, salads. Over here you have the whole menu. And of course, under the hexa, the quesa right over here. They have a whole coffee section, snacks. They even have tables where you can sit and enjoy your lunch. >> Let's go. What else? >> No, I keep a low profile. A prime I have to tell you. It's a pleasure meeting you in person because of your videos. There are many places I frequent to just to see you perked my interest and your voice sounded familiar as I'm walking down the hall right now and there's one that comes to mind. Fishing line. I haven't been into a fish store in literally since I'm a little boy. The smell of the stench and you said in on fishing line that there's no smell in the store. I said I have to check this out. Guys, I have this here to meet uh Dr. Shanic. I think everyone in Lakewood knows about Dr. Shannik is doing this. Can I How many years are you doing this represent doctor? >> 47 years since 1977. >> Wow. Can I know how to And this is location number >> number nine. We opened in Tom Dre. >> Many man we have now an office in Tom Brick Howell Man, three in Lakewood, two in Brick and one in Jackson. >> Can I know how and what what motivates you to do like kind of open up another location do more and more and more? Can I know you did something >> working with the population helping the people really a very very special patients it's a privilege to take care of the patients when I first moved to liquid we had 600 men learning in PMG now what 8,000 >> 10 >> 10,000 it's uh increased exponentially and the practice has also increased exponentially but my associates Dr. Hwitz and the older doctor and Dr. Ukraine check who's now joining France. We're honored to have them with us and uh we enjoy doing what we're doing. It's not really a job or task. It's something we enjoy. We look forward to seeing the patients. Hopefully they come for little checkups. They come for ills too. But it's an honor taking care of all the our patients. >> Gavaldic. Dr. Hamitz, what can you say about the experience of working so long with the community? >> Well, I've had the pleasure to be here with 30 for 37 years. So, I've seen when we when I started here 37 years ago, it was me and Dr. Shanic in a small Toms River office. Didn't even have a Lakewood office at the time. So over the years we went from one Lakewood office in Madison on Madison Avenue to a second office in River Avenue to a um an in media care now down by uh Gourmet and um now now a Howell office and now a Jackson office. So this is just in within the Orthodox Jewish community and our Toms River office has grown tremendously because of the Orthodox Jewish population growth there as well. So you know we've had the pleasure of just developing a reputation of fine care for you know pediatrics from newborn through 20 and people know us and you know we basically have grown with the with the community. You know we see the growth we saw the growth in Tons River. We saw the growth in Howell. We saw the growth in other parts of Lakewood and now we're seeing the growth in Jackson which really really stimulated us to say you know what we had a lot of Jackson patients come to us from you know to to our River Avenue or our Madison Avenue office but we said you know what it's only fair that this community gets the same kind of service that the other communities have gotten and that's what really gave us the impetus to do what we're doing today. >> Thank you so much. Now let's move on to Dr. the Ukraine chick the taking care from the liquid location and now I was going to be servicing over here in >> I was in another practice for over a quarter of a century I came to liquid that only king's pharmacy and Tora treasures existed now we have like so manyarmacies and so many uh different Torah treasure stores and uh I'm I'm glad that Dr. Kimovitz and Dr. Shani gave me opportunity to join to this great team Dr. Shanik name is you know known to many many people Dr. hammer which is uh you know amazing and is a brain about all this operation and uh I'm taking him to to join this uh great team and hopefully we'll give health and uh what was expected from us. >> You like tiger we're going to >> How many balloons did you do today so far? >> Um maybe close to about 150. >> Okay.
