Kick to us got to be smart. I just came
to do a video of the brand new milk
crate coffee opening up here in Lakewood
right off of Route 70 right next to the
Loft Steakhouse. You see them I'm
sorry guys putting up the sign over here
so you can at least you can see it from
both sides of the Route 70.
Right over here is the other side
located at 1600 Route 70
right over there.
So on the right side you have the Loft
and right over there is the milk crate
coffee. All right, so here we go.
Welcome to milk crate coffee. First of
all guys check out the vibes what's
going on over here. Yeah, we're getting
ready for summer. Watching to the tissue
and the lotion. People claim it has this
Miami vibes with this blue umbrellas
with the colorful tables but guys wait
till you see what's going on inside
because there's so much details. I never
saw such a design. The owner is Josh
Rogozinski, the owner from milk crate.
By the way Josh I want to say mazel tov.
So many people ask me when are you doing
the video with Josh? Because you have a
lot of fans from Brooklyn. You store in
Borough Park. I hear this
people said such good things about your
store over there. I really appreciate
that. Welcome welcome to you and all the
people that love watching you. This is
milk crate liquid. We built here
something a vessel for people to come
and enjoy. Come here bring your energy
and sit down find a cozy corner put your
feet up and drink your coffee. We got to
spend some time on the design. First of
all who designed this place? Take a
seat. We can we can we can chat. This
place was designed by me, my wife, my
kids. We didn't design it. It just came
to be. Every part over here is just like
complete imagination. We don't know
where it came from but it's here today.
That's all I can tell you. First of all
I love the plants all over. By the way
these are real plants. Look at this.
Chutzpah. What's this chutzpah over
here? Listen everyone needs some time to
be chutzpah day. Sometimes a little
chutzpah when you come after the Rosh
Hashanah you say I want a coffee this
way we appreciate that. Wow I love it. I
love this bike. I don't know if this
came to Rondo but look at this. I roll a
bit over here. Who put that shoe or the
roller blade over there? My daughter
decided the roller blade goes in.
There's no better place for that roller
blade than there. Find a better place. I
have to love this sign. I built this
with my little son.
Probably 4000 pieces of Lego in this
thing. It took us months to build. Wow.
Check it out. Order here. Made all from
Legos. One second Josh what are we doing
with this plants over here? I see it
just arrived.
This is just part of the energy of the
place. Oh thank you. Yeah. No really
there's something else going to go over
here but for now we need to warm it up
with somehow. But let me show you. By
the way one second.
I think we have to make like a contest
who can find the most roller blades over
here in this place. And there's two more
over there. Freiberg's for wolves. This
whole place is designed like I never saw
before. Josh continue. I appreciate it.
Thank you. This place this is the coffee
machine. This is the heartbeat of the
place. Hop on over let me show you
what's going on. Everything we do we try
to do with a hashman of a things to make
it yummy and absolutely delicious. For
example this lemon ginger tea. It's
simple fermented lemon ginger honey. We
clean it. It's a whole process. This is
a yum yum jam. We make this homemade
compote to make in in teas. This thing
over here is a pumpkin spice latte mix.
We make this over here. The secret is
don't tell anybody. This is made with
sweet potato not pumpkin. I don't love
pumpkin but sweet potato is delicious.
Healthy delicious. This drink my wife
was thirsty one day when we were at milk
crate in Borough Park and I made her
this drink and customers love this. Hop
on over.
By the way look it's real plants. It has
the soil.
It's unbelievable. Who's busy watering
all these plants? You yourself? This is
my home. This is a place that this is my
pleasure. My wife comes here and just
loves to water just to make sure this
place is is is is warm and inviting.
Peace and the shalom.
When it comes to coffee I try to make
everything absolutely perfect and
delicious. I've spent years drinking
every single coffee on earth. Trust me
you don't know what kind of coffee I've
drank. I mean from the best of the worst
including airplane coffee. Every piece
of equipment we have here is with a
hashman. The idea is everything is
measured time to make everything taste
delicious.
Let's take the beans for example. All
the beans come in fresh. There's a
roaster and everything to make sure
everything tastes fresh and perfect.
These beans we've gone through I can't
even tell you how many beans until we
found this one that we love. The minute
these beans start tasting bad cuz of
seasonal issues it's gone. We bring you
something delicious. This is our main
focus. Hop on over.
Okay. I love the way things flow from
one room to the other. Like this that
bar works into here which works into the
main room.
What's this bike chair whatever the
chain over here on this? So this is not
a bike I want to tell you probably since
we're here 300 people sat down and tried
doing exercise on that. I probably
should make a real one. Anyway this is
the main eating area. It's cozy. I put
in these lights that say coffee over
here. This has 312
bulbs. I can't even tell you what it
took to make this.
Look at the furniture. You think the
furniture is like it's like something
like a more like a
rustic farm style. This is it's a
natural retro style. I love things that
just flow like a natural environment.
That's the idea here. Everything is soft
but full of full of love. This thing is
our is our logo. Yes I spent two nights
building this with my mother on her
kitchen table with
epoxy flying everywhere. This is a
family affair. This my mother I should
thank her for this. This is
one second what's this library over here
with all the birds?
So this is not a bird library but the
idea is come here take a book find a
cozy corner put your feet up and drink a
cup of coffee and take a book home if
you want and drop another one off
whenever you're around.
All right. I like I like the Mackenzie
child all over the style.
That is definitely my wife's doing. I've
never heard of Mackenzie child until my
wife decided this place needs Mackenzie
child. I just want to show you really
quickly some of the dishes that we do.
This customer came here ordered and had
to step out for a second. We try to do
everything fresh beautiful but the main
thing is we don't use seed oils. We only
use olive oil avocado oil butter. We try
to keep things healthy-ish. The idea is
not healthy but the idea is yummy. We're
next door to the Loft. We're by Cedar
Crossing this beautiful office complex.
I heard my here you have a lot to do
with why this place is full and you
can't get an office here. The address
here is 1600 New Jersey 70 Lakewood New
Jersey and for all those customers that
know hop on out over here and you can
sit down there for some additional
outdoor seating which people love.
Come take a look at what's going on
here. Imagine the summer time over here.
Come find a seat early. On that note if
someone wants to reach us our number is
732-654-MILK.
We cannot wait to see you guys and serve
you and see everyone smiling.
