Wow, David, this is so special. They opened up a restaurant here between Burough Park and Flatbush. Yeah, essentially it's right here located on Webster Avenue and Coney Island Avenue. Right. Literally right out of Bor Park and right by Flatbush with Flatbush, Bor Park, you have the Crown Heights, you have Crown Heights. All right, David. So, essentially located between everybody. So, everybody could come and enjoy your restaurant. Absolutely. Nobody likes to eat in their neighborhood. Everybody likes to go out just a little. Just a little bit. Not too far. Not too far. We try to uh be somewhere in between. We try to put a little bit of touch by Middle Eastern. I'm myself from Azarbaijan Baku. I came here about 35 years ago. Is food in the blood? Uh yeah. My my father was always in the restaurant industry and his father was in the restaurant business. So uh yeah, we always like to feed people. That's it. Your child is your side. We give her Rab Shai from Krister. Yeah. Big rabbi. So he always had he wanted to feed people, you know, before the used to feed people, give people to eat. Yes. The best thing that a person could do. Absolutely. Absolutely. Make no smile. That's it. So let's see the dishes over here, guys. All right. So we have a over here we have a chicken liver p. Nice. That looks someone that likes the liver. It's a It's a beautiful dish. It's very light. Okay. You know, the way the chef prepared it, it's very light. Um, over here we have uh beef carpacio. Carpacio. Very very thinly sliced. Uh, anybody that likes raw meat, there you go. Carpacio it is. Yeah, that's I have a lot of capacio fans. A lot of friends of myself. Really? Yeah. Capacity. We also have the tartar as well. The beef tartar. We have that as well. But uh you know, but I I felt like this is the dish that would should show off and it's a nice pleasantly look. Over here we have a lamb kebab. So it's a grinded lamb kebab in a wrap. Beautiful. Yeah, it's uh it's delicious. It's a it's been a recipe that uh I've been uh my dad taught me and uh I was actually uh making it better and better. I decided to put it on the menu and I worked very close with the chef to make all this. Looks amazing up here. This one is also these are uh dumplings. Dumplings. Dumplings. And uh we have it lamb and beef. This is specifically lamb. We have a lot of lamb where we come from. We eat a lot of lamb. Lamb. Lamb. Lamb. Lamb. Yeah. But uh we of course have a lot of beef as well. And and fish. Any of the fish lovers, we have good selections of fish as well. So, we have a lot uh for everyone. Lot for everyone. Absolutely. This is our signature dessert. It's a pistachio roll. Pistachio roll. Pistachio roll. And just to show how it looks. It looks amazing. Let's cut it through so that way they could see what's inside.
