The second order is this is a little bit
in in but I say in in.
So, we have a shaila how do I do mincha?
According to the Yovi as I say
according to Yehuda it has to be the
minchas hasoy this mission said she
have a minach.
The
and said that Yehuda explained or the
time explained to Yehuda. Tana possible
cost of
because if you open up and you look at
the first of the five minach that are
mentioned in
it's the minchas and asked the question
if somebody says
like
you should look at which is mentioned
first and you know which one is
mentioned first the
so you should have to bring the
or if somebody says I will
you should look at which one of the time
is mentioned first and you know which
one is mentioned first it's the
so you should have to bring a sheep or
if somebody says
you should have to bring the
ahead of the
you don't find ever that there should be
such a
if holds
by
is a cavea then how come it comes to the
you don't find that and for that reason
the came around
and the said that
I
possibly
just in a minute it's a alma to wait to
remember it's a
and the reason it's a
is because it's
and the reason
is the only one of the
that doesn't have this shame of it. I
saw
in the Hadashim
in
one of his earlier
in safer
for my and of your leader. He brings a
fascinating market
tucked away
it's
>> [snorts]
>> your Russia that and then gave it's
printed in the safer only
if you have the safer
it's page
it's a long Russia.
And then in that Russia says an
unbelievable dish. He says that in the
event that somebody had an obligation to
bring a carbon dish.
It's Shabbos
to
make dish he has a to bring a dish man.
We know the Torah says that a regular
has two choices when it comes to
bringing the carbon he could bring
either a kiss or a
right in terms of what animal and
exactly how was brought is a
dedicated to that it's called service
it's a that's me a camel's but it's very
not easy as we can
but the bottom line is that when it
comes to the regular pedestrian a
regular
that is to bring a carbon dish. So you
can pick you can bring bring either a
kiss
or if you want to bring a
that's something you can bring as well
stating that says
that I hold
that this person that's bringing the
carbon
should bring the
this era and only afterwards if he has
no option to bring this era then he
should bring the kiss but why says
because you look in the in
when the Torah mentions the carbon
the Torah first mentions the option of
the era season and then afterwards it
mentions them
you be carbon
the cave
being that it mentions first the
and then the so it's for that reason it
should be done in that order as you have
a comment. You have invite her in this
Russia and he said I'm going to tell you
even more in the event that somebody
said I really like
and the we know is right you can bring
it in many different options and
certainly you can
bring it as the form of a
or in the form of an A's says and then
you should bring it
in a
and only
in an A's why he says because I'm
reading the then carbon as it relates to
the
>> [snorts]
>> in a cave tell me
in a cave or
carbon of the ship.
10 later
carbon of
we mentioned first the and then the A's
and it's for that reason it should be
done in that order so
in this Russia said that when it comes
to the
carbon A's era first the and the carbon
when it comes to the
as it relates to the shiver of
versus other other
the has the why he says just look at the
of
in the of by the
it mentions first the
era and the of as it relates to the
it mentions first the
and you go both of the and it's for that
reason that's the way that you're
supposed to do it now at first glance
this
is an unbelievable
because we have a with the seem to touch
on this
now the never discussed the and the
never discussed the
what the discussed was the
and the
but at the end of the day the
entertained that side of
possible by a of it. Right the had such
a
but at the end of the day the fell off
of it and the was
stating that
this
and this is something that he talks
about very much by
in in that Russia so wise could I could
dish with his incredible ears
knew [snorts]
this and
the
and he's
he's
in it a little bit again
and
in light of our
the in light of other as well.
I am sure.
But this one
that
he's
in that long
and that is that what and said as it
relates to the
and that is that when it comes to the
you have two choices to bring either the
kiss or the
you should bring first the
and then the kiss but because it's
mentioned first the
he says it's a
college. The
is in the
on
that summer. I'm
the says as follows. The says that if
God
the misses I said of this. If somebody
goes ahead and he's over one of the
say by
this. The
is in by carbon killer. Look at
you should go ahead and you should bring
a season. I will cut less
but if he doesn't HAVE IT YOU HAVE TO
kiss but he should bring a kiss but. So
he said that as it relates to that
of
and dish. It's a
the
really is a little bit not so much for
that way. But it's a
dish in the
and the is the
that look at the era season by the
carbon killer literally I will cut less
than you have to kiss but it's only if
you don't have it then there would be an
Indian to bring it then there would be
an Indian to bring it as a kiss but the
is. The
way said that if you look in the of
it's very much for that way says why. He
says if you look by the carbon dish. It
says
I guess the but may I say I guess
the misses I say
I guess
I guess I guess I guess I
guess I carbon era season to me I guess
I guess I guess I guess I guess I guess
I guess. Now I'm skipping the cave you
be carbon of the and the cave
by the cave it says in cave you be
carbon by the
era season it doesn't say it says the
heavy carbon era season. We not sure to
do look at the
by the it says in
carbon with the of the ship not the of
the ship. The in the carbon with the of
the ship
in the cave of the ship
in the cave of the ship carbon with the
of the ship in the carbon with the of
the ship by the other carbon every time
we mention one of the options we always
preface that option with the word the in
as opposed to as opposed to when it
comes to the
the kiss but we preface with the in but
the season we don't preface with the in
it's because the
like the
says it's supposed to be the season in
CAVE OF OKAY THEN IT SHOULD BE a in cave
it should be a that's what you're
supposed to do it but I'll
as it relates to what you're supposed to
be doing
this is what you're supposed to be doing
in
this
says take a look at the
called
disco.
That's printed in the back of the safer
mayor in my comma see me in your sign.
I looked up the Zera
that from
wise quotes in the
that summer so in our we know that my
goal is wrote [snorts] a a period she
wrote a commentary on the it's called
Zera and it's really like a
on the Zera and on this Zera the my goal
also says he's
he says take a look at this country's
called
you go take a look at the disco
the back of the mayor in
my comma. See me in your sign so the two
the two the
both sent us to the same address I don't
know about you but if
and
I have
sent me to the same place I make a but I
happen to have the safer mayor in
my comma and I took a look at this call
and
what state is a Zera.
So who was the who was the culture disco
so the mayor in my comma you do was
he the
of the guy who if you know you know was
one of the great in one of the greatest
but he was a guy in
key you do.
After he passed away his son
he became the the next
the and in the back of that mayor in
they have some there from him so in your
sign it says could you do this era this
is what he's talking about and he starts
off Desire Parshas Bereishis. He didn't
bring Rebbe Akiva in and he started with
Desire. In the it's Mevuar an
unbelievable chiddush. And that is
[laughter] that even though there's a
Sugya in Shas when it comes to Kedima of
Se'ir vs. Keves, Harei Alei Oila in the
Sugya of Menachos, but the Desire Kodesh
state clearly Boram. And that is that
when it came to the Korban Chatas, first
he's supposed to bring the Se'ir as I
said and only afterwards, if you don't
have the Se'ir as I said, so then
you should go ahead and you should bring
a Keves. So he says a few beautiful
Zachen. Now this whole Shtickel is a
very Polish of Pilpuldig Shtickel which
is Mamesh he's tying in every single
Sugya combined and Katchum. That's
almost not a Guzma. You have to see
what's going on over there. It's way way
way way way way beyond the scope. But
the bottom line is just a few Aris.
One Aris, he says take a look at the
Rambam in Hilchos Temidim U'Musafim.
This is in Perek Tes Halacha Zayin. So
the Rambam over there says as follows.
What would be if there's a Kohen
standing in the Beis Hamikdash? And
there's two people that bring a Korban
Chatas. And one person brings a Se'ir
and the other person brings a Keves.
Says the Rambam, "U'Se'iras Yachid Kodem
Es HaKeves." Then in a situation like
this, you bring first the Se'ir then the
Keves. "Af Al Pi She'Shnei Chatas Ochlin
Even THOUGH THEY'RE BOTH CHATAS."
MEANING I KNOW THERE'S different
Halachos in Kedima when it comes to
different types of Korbanos. But this is
a Chatas and this is a Chatas. And these
are two options, the two ways you could
do it. So why
would one have Kedima over the other?
Says the Rambam in Shtickel Torah.
"Se'ir U'Yilavi Al Avoda Zara She'Meivi
Anav Chatas V'HaKeves Ino Ba Al
Shigaigas Avoda Zara." Take a look at
the Kessef Mishneh. Kessef Mishneh
explains the Rambam as follows. He says
we know that a regular Chatas Yachid
could be either a Keves or a Se'ir. But
when it comes to Avoda Zara, the
Yei'tzar Hara says it has to be Dafke
THE SE'IR. SO BEING THAT THE Se'ir
always had to be the one for Avoda Zara,
so it's a Ma'alas Disham Maila, Disham
Toisefes Madriga that this Maila has
over the Keves. And it's for that reason
Zoch the Rambam, if the Kohen has a
choice to bring two Chatas, one is a
Se'ir one is a Keves, there's no reason
that one should have Kedima over the
other. But Zoch the Rambam as far as the
Makor of this Rambam is a Sugya in Shas
you give a lion's share. But the bottom
LINE IS THIS IS what the Rambam says.
Said
Rabbi Yechezkel Halevi Austerlitz, he
says if you take a look at the Rambam
two Rambams later in Halacha Tes, there
the Rambam's talking about we have a
Kohen.
And the Kohen has a bunch of different
Korbanos, different animals that are in
front of them. And there's a question,
which animal should come first? And the
Rambam says "Hareini Meivi Beheima
Mimini Korban Acher." Right? Bunch of
Oilas, bunch of Shlamim, bunch of
anything. And you have all these
different animals. What should you bring
first? "Keves O Eilim O Keves O Parim
Kodmin L'Eilim She'Kein B'Nisachin. The
Eilim Kodmin L'Kvasim She'Kein
B'Nisachin. U'Kvasim Kodmin L'Se'irim
She'Kein
B'Imurin.
Ha'Oila Kodem L'Kevesh." "Ha'Oila
U'Shtei Lechem Kodmin L'Shnei Kvasim."
Etc. etc. I ain't stopping. Over here
the Rambam says Meforash, "U'Kvasim
Kodmin L'Se'irim She'Kein B'Imurin." Two
Halachos earlier the Rambam said if a
Kohen's STANDING AND TWO CHATAS CAME TO
HIM AND YOU HAVE A SHAYLA which one to
bring, you [snorts] bring the Se'ir over
the Keves. The Rambam WAS SOISEH MISHNOS
TWO HALACHOS FROM EACH OTHER. AND THE
KESSEF MISHNEH with this a little bit.
Zoch the Austerlitz Gaon Rabbi Yechezkel
Halevi Austerlitz, "D'Alacharei Mai You
Have To Say It's Not Rambam and the
Kessef Mishneh. You have to say what's
the Heilech. Here the Rambam was
HANDLING TWO CHATAS. HERE HE WAS
HANDLING ANY OTHER KORBAN. CHATAS IS
DIFFERENT. WHY IS CHATAS DIFFERENT? AND
THE RAMBAM GAVE A TA'AM. The Rambam said
because the Se'ir of the Chatas you see
is more effective. "Alba Alba Arba
Tzo'rach." WHY SHOULD CHATAS BE
DIFFERENT? If ordinarily the Keves comes
first because there's more Imurin when
it comes to the Keves and that's the
reason for it to have Kedima, why when
it comes to the Chatas is it different?
Zoch
"Yesh L'Shlomo." You know what the Makor
of the Rambam was? The Makor was Desire
Kodesh. "Al Zeh Ne'emar Rambam Desire."
The Makor was Desire Kodesh. Desire
Kodesh that SAID THAT THE YACHID ALONE,
when the Yachid came to bring his
Korban, there's an Inyan to bring first
what? First the Se'ir and then the
Keves. Like the Pasuk says, "Beheivi
Se'iras Eim Keves." Oh, but
this is what you're SUPPOSED TO DO. SO
IF WHEN IT COMES TO THE YACHID ALONE,
you see there's a Maila bringing the
Se'ir as I said, so when it comes to the
Kohen, it's two different people that
are bringing it and you're not sure
which one you're supposed to be
bringing. So it's Mistaber it's Yochin.
That when it comes to you doing that,
this is the way
this is the way that you should do it as
well. So he said that it could be this
is the issue of this is P'shat in this
this is P'shat
in this Rambam. Makes another Chafeldig
Dik in this Shtickel. He says that if
you take a look in the Psukim, so we
just mentioned a Pasuk that says very
clearly that when it [snorts] comes to
the Chatas, first the Torah says the
Se'iras Eizim, right? The Torah says
"U'Choid Eilav Chatas Asher Chata
Beheivi Korban Se'iras Eizim Temima O
Keves." And then only several Psukim
later "Eim Keves Yovi Korban L'Chatas."
"U'Keves Temima Yiviena."
He says, "Take a look at the Korban Oila
V'Yoreid." By the Korban Oila V'Yoreid
the Pasuk says as follows, "V'Nefesh Ki
Sacha B'Shigaigas Hashem O Oid O Ra O
Yada V'Lo Yagaid V'Nasa Avon. O Nefesh
Asher Tiga B'Chol Tamei O B'Niflas Meis
O B'Niflas Meis O B'Niflas Sheretz
Tamei. V'Nali Men Tamei V'Yasham." O All
the different types of people that are
Shayach to bring in the Korban Oila
V'Yoreid. So the Pasuk says, "V'Haya Ki
Yesham Hu." "V'Heivi Asher Chata V'Heivi
Asher Sham Hu." He has to bring his
Korban. So what's the Korban that he
brings? "Beheivi Asher Sham Hu Al
Chataso Asher Chata N'Keiva Min HaTzon
KEVES O Se'iras Eizim L'Chatas. V'Chiper
Alav HaKohen Me'Chataso." By the Korban
Oila V'Yoreid state Fakair. Over there
it says first the Keves and then it says
the Se'ir. So he [snorts] said that take
a look at the Desire Kodesh again. The
Desire Kodesh said as follows. The
Desire says, "This Se'ir L'Chatas the
Kallah Knessess Yisrael the Man Min
HaBechirah."
Says "K'S'Chav B'Chulam Mitzvas Lo
Sa'aseh D'Yisbu Ka'res." If you find a
person that was Over one of the Lo
Sa'aseh She'Yesh Ba'Ka'res, "Se'iras
Eizim Ba'ya L'Korban L'Chatchila. Ela
Kad Leshlei D'Yachid Keves. L'Shonai
Asher HaZohar." If a person is Chayav to
bring A CHATAS, WHY? BECAUSE he was
Chayav B'Chulam Mitzvas Lo Sa'aseh
D'Yisbu Ka'res. The Korban OILA V'YOREID
IS GIVEN A CHATAS. BUT THE OILA V'YOREID
HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH KA'RES.
>> [laughter]
>> Because the Oila V'Yoreid is true for
someone who's Over Shvuas Bituy. The
Oila V'Yoreid is true for different
Halachos. And being that over there
there's no Din that it has to be for
Chayavei Ka'res and other RESULT CHATAS.
IT'S DAFKE THE CHATAS THAT'S BEING
BROUGHT FOR THE CHAYAVEI KA'RES. THAT'S
WHERE IT'S TRUE. "ALBA THE KORBAN OILA
V'YOREID WAS HOTNISH B'CHAYAV. NA GRAD
Tu Masmichta B'Kodesh Azes Ka'res." But
the the Ramban he's M'Tzei'en already
says that it's not included in the
regular Chayavei Ka'res. I ain't
stopping. But the bottom line is is that
when it comes to the Chatas that's being
brought for Chayavei Ka'res, that Chatas
there Zoch the Desire Kodesh the Se'ir
Eizim comes first. But
other Chatas, WHAT'S THE OTHER CHATAS?
IT'S OILA V'YOREID. There's nothing
else. When it comes to the Oila
V'Yoreid, over there Fakair. Over there
you don't have that P'eir. Zoch the
Mamiduyak in the Psukim. As when it
comes to the Chayavei Ka'res, there the
Torah went out of its way and the Torah
said that first "Beheivi Korban Se'iras
Eizim Only Eim Keves Yovi Korban." Alba
Fakair when it comes to the Oila
V'Yoreid, so then already the Torah says
"Keves O Se'iras Eizim L'Chatas." And
the Hesber is the Rambam. If the Hesber
is that Rambam where the Rambam says
that when it comes to the Chayavei
Ka'res, being that YOU FIND BY CHAYAVEI
KA'RES AVODA ZARA, IT'S DAFKE THE SE'IR.
SO THAT'S WHY THERE'S A MAILA TO SE'IR.
OILA V'YOREID HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH
AVODA ZARA. IT'S A DIFFERENT SUGYA OF
CHATAS. OVER THERE THE DIK in the Desire
which really comes from the Dik in the
Psukim Mamesh L'Shonai Asher. This is
the way he went ahead and he was M'Vayan
this Inyan. Then he goes ahead and he
says let me tell you a little bit of a
story. What would be the reason? Okay,
the Rambam gave a Ta'am. He says I'm
going to want to be Moisef A'Noifach.
What would be maybe the reason why
there's a Maila with the Se'iras Eizim
over the Keves. He starts with a Gemara
in Maseches Soita Daf Lamed Beis Amud
Beis. This Gemara is a classic. The
Gemara says Gufa, "Amar Rabbi Yochanan
Mishum Rabbi
Ben Yochai." You know the Gemara about
Rabbi Shimon Ben Yochai. "Mifnei Mah
Tiknu Tefilas
Shemoneh Esrei B'Lachash?" it the Chazal
Mesakin that Shemoneh Esrei should be
B'Lachash? "Sh'Lo Yevayesh Over Aveira."
The reason is the reason is not to
embarrass Over Aveira. "Sh'Arei Lo
Shiyach Korban Chatas L'Oila." Because
we know the Chatas the Shchita is
B'Tzafon and the Oila the Shchita is
B'Tzafon. And being that the Torah you
see went out of its way to put the
Chatas and the Oila in the same place,
Torah must be looking to protect Over
Aveira. What does that mean? That means
if someone had to bring a Chatas, if his
Korban would have to be in a special
place in the Azara, everybody would know
he has to bring a Chatas. It'd be
embarrassing. So not to embarrass the
Over Aveira, we say you're going to
bring the Chatas in the same place as
you bring the Oila. Nobody's going to
ever know you're bringing a Chatas.
Maybe what you're bringing is an Oila.
But the Gemara says "V'Lo Yesh
L'Shonai." There's no way to be Mafkin
between a Chatas and an Oila. "V'Eicha
Damin? Dam Chatas L'Maila V'Dam Oila
L'Mata." The dam went in a different
place. "U'Moiser Es HaKohen Yodei'a."
Only the Kohen knows. Right? You have a
hippo with the Kohen. He's not going to
tell anybody. So over there, you have
nothing to worry about. But the Oila
doesn't know and as a result, you're not
going to be embarrassed. "V'Eicha Chatas
N'Keiva V'Oila Zacher?" What about the
fact that the Chatas is in a Keiva and
the Oila is a Zacher? So the Gemara says
"Hashem Mechasav Oila." The animal has a
tail and the tail hides whether it's a
Zacher or a Keiva. "U'Moiser Es HaKohen
Yodei'a."
That's all good if you're bringing a
Keves or a Keves. "Se'ir Mai Yikuleima?"
What if it's a Se'ir? The Se'ir doesn't
have the tail. And if that's the case,
you can have no way of knowing. The
Gemara says [snorts] true. "Aba Hashem
Eilu D'Comech Nafshei." We're looking
out to protect you. We want you to be
protected not to be embarrassed. If you
decided to go ahead and to bring a Se'ir
as opposed to a Keves, "Eilu D'Comech
Nafshei. De Boi KEVES SE'IR." YOU HAD a
way out. You had a way to protect
yourself. You could HAVE BROUGHT THE
KAVAS. YOU DECIDED to bring the serum. I
mean, decided to bring the serum. It's
for that reason this is not on our
husband. Said said the Rabbi Kaskel of
Austrovtza that you see in this Gamara.
You see in this Gamara that when a
person brought his Katus with the serum
as opposed to bringing it with a Kifsa,
there was a busha that he got which gave
him a certain Madrega of Kaparas Avenas.
It even sounds like the after the Torah
would have told you that's really that's
really what you should do. But as the
Torah had Rachmanus on you and the Torah
said you don't have to [laughter] do it.
If you want to bring a Kifsa you could
bring a Kifsa. Oh, but that's portion in
the world of Kapara in the world of
Sigufim, in the world of Tikunim. Busha
is
Kapara by Niflu and Noya Adam Oy. WHEN
THE YID BROUGHT THE SERUM HE HAD BUSHA.
WHEN THE YID BROUGHT THE KIFSA on the
Nishka and Busha. I mean that in this
case he had the Busha. In this case he
didn't have the Busha. So it's for that
reason there's a mile of going ahead and
bringing the serum season. Just one more
Aura from this beautiful Stuka that he
said over at the very very end. He says
Achre Kosfi as Kol Zeh. He said I
remembered that there's a Rashi in
Chumash.
A Rashi in Parshas Lech Lecha.
Rashi by the Bris Bain Avsorim. Shem
tells of Ronaldinho by the Bris Bain
Avsorim by Yom Eilav.
Choli Eglah Meshuleshes, the Iz
Meshuleshes, the Ayil Meshulash, the Tor
ve Goizal.
Hashem essentially told Avrohom Avinu to
take all the animals that one day would
be able to be brought as Korbanus. Take
the Egel, take the Iz, take the Ayil
which is the male Kavas, take the Tor,
and take the Goizal. Right, these are
all the animals that are able to go on
the Mizbeach. In fact, Rashi says that
the reason Hashem told Avrohom Avinu to
take this, this was a Remez to all the
different Korbanus. Eglah Meshuleshes,
Shlosha Goldim, Remez le Shlosha Parim,
Par Yom HaKippurim, Par le Davash al
Tzibur, the Eglah Arufah. The Iz
Meshuleshes, Remez le Seirah Nasuv
B'Fnim, u Seirei Musafin Shel Mayeid, u
Seiras Chatas Yochid. The Ayil
Meshulash, Oshom Vadai, the Oshom Talui,
the Kifsa Shel Chatas Yochid. The Tor ve
Goizal, that's the Tor ve Inyanu. So he
said he always learned this Rashi that
why was it that the Eibishter first said
the Iz Meshuleshes and then the Ayil
Meshulash. So he said he always assumed
it was because the Iz are all Chatoyis.
It's the Remez to the Seirah Nasuv
B'Fnim and it's the Seirei Musafin and
the Seirei Chatas Yochid. As opposed to
the Ayil Meshulash, that's the Oshom
Vadai, it's the Oshom Talui, which are
both Oshomis. So the reason we said Iz
Meshuleshes before Ayil Meshulash cuz
one is a Chatas, the other one is an
Oshom. And a Perek Kol HaTadir, Minoches
Dav Pates, Chatas is Koidem es l'Oshom.
I mean the Chatas is Koidem es l'Oshom.
So it made sense first Iz Meshuleshes
and then Ayil Meshulash. But the Maila
for THE IZ ALL THE Korbanus that the Iz
represent. But he said always much in me
a little bit because one of the Ayil
Meshuleshes is THE KIFSA SHEL CHATAS
YOCHID. THAT'S THE AYIL AND THE CHATAS.
SO THAT'S THE AYIL AND THE CHATAS.
THEY'RE BOTH CHATOYIS. SO MAKE THIS. HE
SAYS NO, POSHA PSHAT IS THESE ARE THREE
CHATOYIS. This is one Chatas and two
Oshomis. So the three Chatoyis are going
to come first. But he says Achre Kol ZEH
I REALIZED THAT Mami Duyak because even
that Kifsa SHEL CHATAS YOCHID COMES
AFTER THE SEIRAS Chatas Yochid. Kemu
V'Ohr B'Zayira Kadisha, Kemu V'Ohr the
Duyak in the Psukim with the Tzushat of
the Rambam Perek Dasa with the Musafin
with a little bit of a Hesber based on
the Gamara in Sota Daf Lamed Beis that
when it comes to the Seiras Chatas
Yochid versus the Kifsa Shel Chatas
Yochid, THE SEIRAS CHATAS Yochid also
comes first. And that's why even in the
Bris Bain Avsorim Avichayil gives this
Rashi as the Duyak. Remez le Seirah
Nasuv B'Fnim, u Seirei Musafin Shel
Mayeid, U SEIRAS CHATAS YOCHID. ALL
THREE OF them are Koidem to the Oshom
Vadai, the Oshom Talui, and the Kifsa
Shel Chatas Yochid. Actually again when
you name with the Seiras Chatas Yochid
is Koidem es to the Kifsa Shel Chatas
Yochid. Either way, Ad Kan Divrei
HaKodesh
in this Chibur Kachi Yiskol
from the Austrovtza Gaon. Just want to
end that when Reb Yuma Golis quoted the
Austrovtza Gaon,
so he says Hashem Yimkom Domov.
Which I understood meant that he must
have been the Rebbe the time of the
Holocaust, at the time of the war, and
he was killed by the Nazis Yimach Shmom
U'Zichrom. So I looked at the beginning
of this Kuntres, this Chibur Kachi
Yiskol, and what I saw blew my mind.
There's a little bit of a Haktama
that was written by one of the
Chassidim, one of the Talmidim of this
great Gaon. His name was Chaim Yitzchok
Wolgelenter. Just want to read a little
bit just to get a little bit of a of a
feel.
So
this Yid, Chaim Yitzchok Wolgelenter,
lived in Austrovtza and when the Nazis
came, they killed his wife and they
killed
his I'm sorry. They killed his father,
they killed his mother, and they killed
his sister.
And he had to run away. And he was
hiding in the attic of a barn by some uh
Polish uh
anyehudi.
While he was sitting Shiva for his
father, his mother, and his sister, he
got word that the Nazis came
and finished doing their thing. They
killed the Rebbe and his seven sons. His
entire family was wiped out. And he
says, "I'm sitting here in the middle of
Aveilus and I just got word that the
Rebbe and his seven sons were killed."
And he says, "I want to write a little
bit of a Kinna." And and he This is
Pulitzer Prize worthy. I can't read the
whole thing cuz it's too long. But just
Mamesh a Tiyul Mayis to get a little bit
of a sense what's going on. Rotuv

Refes Bokir, of a barn. Nechba I'm
hiding. B'Mistorim Tifka Nafshi. And in
my hiding I'm sitting and I'm crying.
Nitamt Pisroim. And then all of a sudden
as this was going on I was bewildered
cuz I heard Meharitzacha Noya Shel
Rabbeinu v'Shivah Bonuv b'Yom Echad Imo.
With the Rebbe and his seven sons were

come we're witnessing this? Hirhurim

Ad Heinah. I mean the poetry is off the
rails. This is what he writes. On the
bottom of this is a little bit of a
footnote. The footnote says that this
Yid, Reb Chaim Yitzchok Wolgelenter, he
spent the rest of the war years in the
attic of this Refes Bokir. And he was
Moiser Nefesh. He had the Ksovim with
the rebbe and it was me beside them and
he was writing them. And then when
Poland was liberated from the Germans,
he came out and he was a free man and he
was walking around and a Polish saw
him and he killed him. Killed him for no
reason. But he killed him. So this year
Chaim Yitzchok Wolgelanter, he too was
killed by the the Polacken.
You mach so many zechron. Hashem yimkom
damo. He had a brother, his brother's
name was Yaakov Dovid. Rebbe Yaakov
Dovid knew where his brother had been
hiding and he knew that he was being
oisek in the ksovim and he said he went
to the ksovim and he he went to the
attic and he found it all there. And he
came to America and made up his mind
that he was going to print these ksovim.
These are some of the ksovim that he
printed. This stikel siman yud zayin in
