Global Olami Impact Accelerator Launch Weekend at Hilton Hotel, NJ USA Feb 8-10, 2019

[Music] God's coming to LA from the allah' me summit in New Jersey we're at the Hilton we've had the most incredible weekend it started from the second we gotcha getting photos meeting new people we've had the most amazing speakers inspirational people and things to just that have just have lifted us all here this weekend and given us a true sense of Jewish leadership people are here from everywhere every single country this weekend is about the future we are the next generation of leaders Jewish leaders in the world we're here to launch the impact accelerator so you are here because you want to step up you want to make a change you want to be that change and you want to change the world you are actually representing your communities all around the world for the Jewish people Jews from all over the world have the amazing opportunity to come here to network to learn from each other how we can be amazing leaders how we can learn from each other to impact our communities at home which will ultimately you know impact the world [Music] you kicked it off with a lot of amazing food for sure but most importantly I would say you know a lot of like relationship building just having the opportunity to get to know and learn from another Hough that is beautiful however you do the music the dancing the feeling the atmosphere it's one of those moments that you remember when we bind together as one people with one heart there is nothing that can stop us when we take responsibility to make our impact we will be that change and we will change the world lectures were inspirational they get you in your gut they get you in the heart they get you in yin to the mind it just really gets you thinking and that's where the inspiration for what we are going to be doing comes from this weekend we got the opportunity to pitch you know our own ideas our own experiences the leaders from around the world of exactly what it means you know be Jewish and to be a leader I'm eagerly looking forward to inspiring young Jewish professionals in New York City and around the world giving them real practical Jewish wisdom to take home with them into their lives and into their communities Judaism is a gift it's an inheritance it's not something I chose it's something that was given to me at least open up the box at least to figure out what's inside because it's yours you can do with it whatever you want just open up the box what is your Judaism it's not about where should you be all what should you be it's where do you feel you fit and what works for you I realized that I'm part of something that is much bigger than me and it's much bigger than my community getting to speak with amazing leaders of the Jewish community people I would have never otherwise have had the opportunity to meet let alone spend one-on-one time with being Jewish you know it's who we are its how EE it's how we talk it's how we speak it's how we love it's how we interact with anyone whether that be Jew or non-jew it's it's amazing and knowing that we've been provided with the leadership from great business leaders great philanthropic leaders great rabbis and Robin Eames it's it's truly amazing and inspiring to know that they believe in us and we believe in them and you know the powers in our hands [Music] tonight you are all of you are starting to become Jewish ambassadors and tonight my message to you that we are winning we are winning [Applause] [Music] we spent the last two days thinking of how we fit into the whole Jewish landscape and it's very important that within that we're able to address all dominations and make Judaism work for everybody I think this has been one of the more memorable weekend's of my entire life dancing and singing and laughing and even crying with Jews from all over the world is something I've never experienced and Alami definitely gives us the resources to be the change this weekend's it is going to make a huge difference it's the start of something really really special [Music] I want to be the change be the change you can be the change be the change be the change you can do it be the change [Music]
