I feel like watching a Sotah explode hold on it was probably horrifying to watch for those of you that don't know a Sotah... Let us refresh, because I know Tanach isn't really taught... that's in my school too. We don't learn about that either Sotah, for those of you who don't remember is a woman who is accused by her husband of committing adultery but we don't know if she did it so what she does is she drinks this special water and if she committed adultery then she explodes you know how you do and if she didn't commit adultery well then they have the most awkward car ride home in the history of the universe do you want to talk about what just happened? you're definitely sleeping in the Sukkah tonight, ok? and the Torah says that if she is found innocent of being a Sotah she will be blessed with having a baby you're gonna throw a kid into this marriage right now??? I don't think it's a great idea
