There's a tradition that that roosters are used for men and women are supposed to swing hens. One time I got a rooster for myself and it turned that it identified as a hen I found that out because it laid an egg on me. What winds up happening is this is the perfect scenario for the yentas. The yentas are standing around, watching who got newly married? Look. Right over there. Chani. You see Chani's husband? If you stand on the side and count how many hens are sold and how many roosters are sold you can calculate the future Shidduch crisis.
